Study to Show Thyself Approved Weighing ALL Doctrine against the Words in RED.

Chapter 1 ~ Innocent Changes?

Come now, and let us reason together, says the LORD, though your sins be as scarlet, they will be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they will be as wool. Isaiah 1:18 You have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; you have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter. James 5:5, But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. TIT 1:14

In elementary school a lesson is often taught where an entire class forms a circle on the floor. The teacher tells the student to one side a short story. Then each student in turn tells the story around the circle until the last student tells the story aloud to the rest of the class. Invariably the story has changed here and there as it was told around the circle. The hearers retold the story in a way that emphasized a part they thought was important or simply left out details they thought were not important. By the time the story is re-told later, it is of little wonder it changed. Unfortunately, In the case of our faith in God and our acceptance of the Salvation of our Messiah’s sacrifice, changing things here and there has weakened the Word to the point it is ineffectual in many cases. How can we know Gods will if we don’t know the whole story? If we only listen to the last person that heard the story can we have confidence what we heard is the whole truth?

Provoked by Lucifer’s task to sway us from Faith, changes were consciously instilled by those who had ulterior motives. Christian religions have been created using unbiblical traditions. These traditions separate us from the Power of God. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. MAT 15:9

Organized religions usually are pleasing their masses by tickling their ears and in keeping comforting Pagan traditions. We read the warnings in the scriptures admonishing us to take heed and not fall prey to false doctrines but most are sure those traditions which began in Paganism now justify their faith. Others cling to some remote Bible Text, which has been twisted, misquoted and/or misinterpreted over time, to demonstrate how holy they are. All the while remaining ignorant of what the Word really teaches.

The early followers of Yeshua found this to be true in their time as well. For when they speak great swelling words of vanity, they allure through the lusts of the flesh, through much wantonness, those that were clean escaped from them who live in error. 2PE 2:18

Chapter 2 ~ Salt

Is It Pure Salt?

The Way of Yeshua is pure like the salt of the earth. We use salt to add flavor to our food and it is a necessary mineral in our diet. We can spread salt over a table and then gather it into a salt-shaker and still use it to flavor our food. But what if we add something that is exactly the same size and appearance but is really ground glass? Even though the glass appears to be no different than the salt in it’s size and shape, the mixture is now deadly to consume. Since there is no practical way to separate it from the ground glass, is this salt now good for seasoning?

A Mixture of Truth

In reality ‘the Way’ is not complicated. Unfortunately the Cast Out One, Lucifer, has cleverly mixed in his teachings with the truth in plain sight of us all. The evil one has a simple task, to tilt us one and all very slightly from the truth. Not only through the seven deadly sins, vanity, arrogance, conceit, envy, lechery, lust and pride, but there are other less obvious deceits he started immediately after the Resurrection. Even when we know the truth of his deceptions we continue to desire his lies. When we get motivated to seek the truth the devil tries to convince us to believe we are too busy, or we can’t seek knowledge simply because we find a stumbling block in the King James Elizabethan English. Whatever the reason when we are seduced from faith he wins. We seek solace and security in the doctrine of our individual denominations or the preacher we listen to. From the beginning the establishment of different denominations is a tool of the devil. The Holy Spirit inside of us all whispers to us that having Faith in God is something special that we should cherish. Unfortunately denominations create divisions among us. When we listen to the teachings of our denomination we get seduced from the truth, before we find the truth within the scripture for ourselves. We are lazy and even though our original intention to seek His will was pure, we get caught up believing our confession of faith was enough to make us righteous before God on Judgment Day simply because we find comfort in other people like us who act like they have faith and deliverance.

We quickly loose our motivation to seek the truth and replace that with an organized religion we find comfort in. We loose the insight that tells us since we are sons and daughters of God, we are each individually responsible for studying to prove our faith. This is especially true in this day when nearly everyone in our societies has the ability to read it for ourselves. Now, with the availability of computers and the Internet, we can research scriptures in a twinkling of an eye, which makes each of us responsible for rightly dividing the word of truth. 2TI 2:15

Chapter 3 ~ Change of Message

 The Doctrinal Changes

Over 1695 Years Ago The Establishment Of The Church In Rome Changed What We Are To Be Taught.

The history of the early church shows the basis of the deception. From the beginning there have been subtle changes to ‘the Way’ that Yeshua taught. The growth of the early church sprouted up by word of mouth amid the Mediterranean countries through Home Churches often conducted by women in their own home churches. There was no common written language for the Masses who couldn’t read anyway. Believers had no choice but to trust their teachers because they could not read it for themselves. The first major change in the doctrine came because there was no common collection of scripture. Each church had writings they referred to, but it was not until Three Hundred Twenty Years after Yeshua’s Resurrection, Constantine, then current Roman Ruler, financed 50 hand-written Bibles made and distributed throughout the Roman Empire. Constantine’s influence on church doctrine evolved from there. We don’t have the excuse we couldn’t find out for ourselves anymore. BUT Now every home has a Bible and with access to the World Wide Web, every person can easily check for themselves, the validity of every doctrine ever taught whether or not it comes from the Word of God.

Did you get that? Every person in modern society NOW has the access to check for themselves, the validity of every word, of every doctrine ever taught, whether what they were taught actually did or did not come from the Word of God. No longer can ignorance of the Scripture be used as an excuse before the throne of Judgment coming soon.

REMEMBER ONLY

In This Day is the time and means available for us ALL to remember why our Savior was tracked down, tried and convicted in the middle of the night, crucified and buried, ALL in less than one day.

Remember He was persecuted and crucified for what He believed and taught others. How can we ignore what He said and still call him Lord? When we read about our Savior’s Ministry we hear how, They were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power. LUK 14 32,36 And they were all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What word is this! For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out. 1CO 6:7 By the word of truth, by the power of God, by the Armor of righteousness on the right hand and on the left. 1TH 1 5 For our gospel came not to you in word only, but also in power, and in the Holy Ghost, and in much assurance; as you know what manner of men we were among you for your sake. Who being the brightness of his glory, and the express image of his person, and upholding all things by the word of his power, when he had by himself purged our sins, sat down on the right hand of the Majesty on high. HEB 1:3

Christianity is the single largest religion in the history of the world. Now in these end times, the fallacies that have been incorporated into our faith in our Savior must be told. Study to show thyself approved to God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. 2TI 2:15 All things are delivered to me of my Father, and no man knows the Son, but the Father; neither knows any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whoever the Son will reveal him. MAT 11:27 For whoever will do the will of my Father who is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother. MAT 12:50 Whoever therefore will break one of these least commandments, and will teach men so, he will be called the least in the kingdom of heaven, but whoever will do and teach them, the same will be called great in the kingdom of heaven. MAT 5:19. But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. TIT 1:14 And he said to him, Why do you call me good? There is none good but one, that is, God, but if you will enter into life, keep the commandments. MAT 19:15 You will not add to the word which I command you, neither will you diminish the smallest thing from it, that you may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you. DEU 4:2 Note, The Ten Commandments of the Lord are different than the laws of Man that followed.

Chapter 4 ~ History of the Church

Additional Information

‘James the Just’ of Jerusalem, the half brother of our Savior, was the first leader of the new Jewish sect, ‘The Way’, not Simon Peter as one denomination teaches today. Just as other Apostles were the leaders of other sects, Simon Peter was the first leader of the early church in Rome but not the leader over all believers of the ‘Way’. Our Savior is misquoted as saying He will build the church on him. Lets look closely at the passages attributed to Yeshua assigning the leadership to Peter. 1) He said to them, ‘But who say you that I am’? And Simon Peter answered and said, ‘You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God’. And the Messiah answered and said to him, ‘Blessed are you, Simon Barjona, for flesh and blood hath not revealed it to you, but my Father which is in heaven. And I say also to you, 2) That you are Peter, 3,4 and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell will not prevail against it. MAT 16:15-18

Messiah Recognizes Peter's Faith As The Key

Here the Messiah is stating four different things. Not just one as has been reported over the centuries.

1.  God revealed to Simon Barjona the Messiah by faith.

2.  The Messiah renamed Simon Barjona, Peter

3.  The ROCK that Yeshua will build His church on is Faith demonstrated by Peter

4.  The gates of Hell cannot prevail against Faith

Peter Preached it

If Peter himself was the ROCK the church was to be built on, the early church would not have been headed by the Messiah’s half brother James. Here is further proof of Faith being the ROCK of the church, written by Peter himself.

4) Who are kept by the power of God through faith to salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. Wherein you greatly rejoice, though now for a season, if need be, you are in heaviness through manifold temptations, That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perishes, though it be tried with fire, might be found to praise and honor and glory at the appearing of the Messiah, Whom having not seen, you love; in whom, though now you see him not, yet believing, you rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory, Receiving the end of your faith, even the salvation of your souls. 1PE 1:5-9

Spreading the Word

The early church spread the Word from mouth to mouth. Some forty years after the resurrection of our Savior the first book of the New Testament was written. The witnesses Matthew & Mark felt no urgency to write it all down until it was apparent the Messiah was not to return in their lifetimes. The Books Luke and John came even later. The different churches, conducted by women in most cases, were held in houses of the followers and were called simply ‘home church’.

Chapter 5 ~ Apostle Paul

Saul of Tarshish

We all know the story of Saul of Tarshish, who was struck down and blinded by the Spirit who later renamed himself Paul. He ended up being the most prolific writer to his churches. Originally he was assigned by the Rabbi’s to hunting and persecuting unto death the followers of Yeshua. Later even though he never had been present during our Masters ministry he nevertheless became a devout believer in the Jewish Messiah. His letters to his churches were kept and were later responsible for 2/3’s of the New Testament; many of his writings are valuable in our walk. Yet as we will show later on, the other Apostles had doubts about Paul and were concerned of the doctrine he preached. His conversion from persecutor to defender of the faith was indeed a good thing. Now over two thousand years later, in these days of knowledge, we must remember the testaments of those disciples who heard our Savior speak were written long after Paul’s ministry ended. Paul neither heard Yeshua Speak nor did he have any of the New Testament to refer to. Paul’s letters were written to churches he established and in many cases we have no idea what the original questions were he responded to in the letters to his churches we read in the New Testament. Yet his letters are responsible for 2/3 of the New Testament possibly simply because he was a prolific writer. It is of little wonder that Paul got some things wrong, not having actually been taught by Yeshua or having a copy of the Four Gospels to refer to, even though he was a devout believer.

Concerned Disciples

History teaches us several Apostles started writing their Testaments in part to correct parts of the doctrine Paul preached. It was 320 years later when Constantine, a Roman Emperor who needed some political allies, brought the writings of the original Disciples and the letters Paul wrote to his churches, together in the New Testament. We need to remember the letters written by Paul are missing the correspondence from the churches he is replying to. So not even is it possible he didn’t know the whole message of Yeshua, Paul’s writings have been misinterpreted as well. Here is one good example, In 1st Corinthians 14:35-37, Paul is responding to a communication from a church when he talks about women keeping silent in the churches. We’ll discuss this in depth later but for now here is the quote, Let your women keep silence in the churches, for it is not permitted to them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also says the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home, for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

Now let’s look at the following sentences he writes, What? Came the word of God out from you? Or came it to you only? If any man thinks himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge that the things that I write to you are the commandments of the Lord. But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant.

When we read it all together it’s obvious he is correcting doctrine the Corinthian church he established, had gotten wrong. Unfortunately we don’t have the letter he is responding to nor the original letter he wrote the Corinthian church.

Paul Made Errors

Not only have his words been misquoted over time, but also without the full knowledge of the Gospels to back him up, he made errors himself. Now when we look at the whole picture, if a letter Paul wrote to one of his churches is out of line with the witnessed and then recorded Word of our Lord we must challenge it. The Disciples were so concerned about Paul’s Ministry; James convened the first Apostolic conference to discuss the problem. In it they came to an understanding with Paul. There they reasoned together and decided that Gentiles, who come to the ‘Way’, need only keep the Ten Commandments and not commit to Judaism’s laws especially removal of the adult male foreskin before being accepted as a fellow member of the Way.

Message Adjusted for Gentile Audiences

During this time in the world there were many ‘Pagan’ gods and goddesses. People were getting tired of their gods and were happy to find one God to believe in. Many gentiles were attending Jewish services and making sacrifices to God but were not willing to undergo circumcision or the dietary restrictions. The Jews called them God-fearers. When Paul came along preaching the ‘Way’ of the Son of God, the Gentiles were happy to know they didn’t have to undergo the changes of the Jewish religion. His tactics were clear. To show their beliefs, even if they were pagan in origin, were close to those of the Savior. He chose to preach in the manor and customs of the audience. We will see this practice of telling the audience about the Savior without ruffling their feathers has continued even into our time. For instance the one denomination has for many centuries moved into areas of the world and given special status to local gods and deities in order to incorporate the pagan deities into their denomination to please the new converts and attract others.

Different Messages of His Chosen Disciples and Paul

Paul wrote, And to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain the Jews; to them that are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain them that are under the law; To them that are without law, as without law, (being not without law to God, but under the law to Messiah,) that I might gain them that are without law. To the weak became I as weak, that I might gain the weak, I am all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.

1 CO 9:20

We must point out this approach, while bringing many to know of The Messiah, was somewhat misleading as he preached with the Law to the Jews who observed it and without to those who did not. Without the full knowledge of being a witness to the actual times and Ministry of our Savior, other errors crept in. We will discuss these as we proceed.

Chapter 6 ~ A Rose by Any Other Name

Additional Information

Which Name is Correct?

But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered. JER 11:19

Often we say a rose by any other name is still a rose. That may be true for a rose but how can this apply for the Son of the Living God? When dignitaries are talked about in a foreign land they are always referred to by their given name and not one that is common to the local language. Mateo is a Spanish form of Matthew but when there is an American President named George Bush who when spoken of, they would never, out of respect, refer to him as ‘Orhey’. Saul of Tarshish renamed himself, (in the same manor Our Savior did for the original 12), to Paul to show his conversion to the ‘Way’. Since he was from Greek speaking Tar Shish he felt comfortable spreading the Gospel in the Greek areas around the Mediterranean. Paul moved to spread the good news to the Gentiles and it was he who decided to change the name of the Messiah. He expanded his practice of changing things to suit his audience. He changed our Savior’s name Y’shua, to Joshua in Hebrew and then in Greek Iesous. He then took the word Mesiach (Messiah) and changed it to the Greek Christos. When the Greek was interpreted later it became Jesus Christ. But our Messiah is a Jew and not a Greek. His given name is Y’shua (or Yeshua in English).

Why His Name Is Important

The Bible teaches in His name we will be able to do many things. Nevertheless the name we are supposed to carry with us to do battle with Satan is Yeshua the Messiah and not Jesus Christ. Jesus Christ is an English translation of the Greek Translation of the Hebrew name Joshua and not as it should be, Y’shua ha Masiach, the King of the Jews, and Savior to the World. Lets read some scripture with the correct name by replacing Jesus Christ with Yeshua the Messiah.

But these are written, that you might believe that Yeshua is the Messiah, the Son of God; and that believing you might have life through his name.

JOH:20 31

Then Peter said to them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Yeshua the Messiah for the remission of sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. ACS 2:38

Then Peter said, Silver and gold have I none; but such as I have give I you,  In the name of Yeshua the Messiah of Nazareth rise up and walk. ACS 3:6

And they called them, and commanded them not to speak at all nor teach in the name of Yeshua. ACS 4:18

And he spoke boldly in the name of the Lord Yeshua, and disputed against the Grecians, but they went about to slay him. ACS 9 29, By stretching forth your hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Yeshua. ACS 4:30

And to him they agreed, and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Yeshua, and let them go. ACS 5:40

But when they believed Philip preaching the things concerning the kingdom of God, and the name of Yeshua the Messiah, they were baptized, both men and women. ACS 8:12

For as yet he was fallen upon none of them, only they were baptized in the name of the Lord Yeshua. ACS 8:16

But Barnabas took him, and brought him to the apostles, and declared to them how he had seen the Lord in the way, and that he had spoken to him, and how he had preached boldly at Damascus in the name of Yeshua.

ACS 9:27

When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Yeshua. ACS 19:5

Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Yeshua, saying, We adjure you by Yeshua whom Paul preached. ACS 19:13

And this was known to all the Jews and Greeks also dwelling at Ephesus; and fear fell on them all, and the name of the Lord Yeshua was magnified. ACS 19:17

Then Paul answered, What mean you to weep and to break mine heart? for I am ready not to be bound only, but also to die at Jerusalem for the name of the Lord Yeshua. ACS 21:13

I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Yeshua of Nazareth. ACS 26:9

Now we command you, brethren, in the name of our Lord Yeshua the Messiah that you withdraw yourselves from every brother that walks disorderly, and not after the tradition, which he received of us. 2TH 3:6

And this is his commandment, That we should believe on the name of his Son Yeshua the Messiah, and love one another, as he gave us commandment. 1 JOH 3::23

Power in Yeshua's Name

And these signs will follow them that believe; In my name will they cast out devils; they will speak with new tongues. MAR 16 17

And whatsoever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. JOH 14:13

If you will ask any thing in my name, I will do it. JO 14:14

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring all, things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you. JOH 14:26

You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatsoever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

JOH 15:16

And in that day you will ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say to you, Whatsoever you will ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. JOH 16:23

But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he will teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said to you. JOH 14:26

You have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that you should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatsoever you will ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you.

JOH 15:16

I know thy works and where thou dwell, even where Satan's seat is, and thou holdfast my name, and has not denied my faith. REV 2:13

If you were God would you honor those who chose to call your Son by the wrong name?

Chapter 7 ~ Women of The Way

Women’s Role

Women had a large role in the church and had never been mandated a back seat role. They were the homemaker’s and conducted the home churches. We think it’s important enough to repeat what we said previously the scripture that states women were to keep silent in the church has been misquoted over the centuries. Here again is what the Bible really says, Let your women keep silence in the churches, for it is not permitted to them to speak; but they are commanded to be under obedience, as also said the law. And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home, for it is a shame for women to speak in the church. Followed immediately by the next three verses. What? Came the word of God out from you? Or came it to you only? If any man thinks himself to be a prophet, or spiritual, let him acknowledge the things that I write to you are the commandments of the Lord. But if any man be ignorant, let him be ignorant. 1CO 14:34-38

Women Leaders

Let’s side step here and discover the role of women in the early ministry. There were many women who contributed to the formation of Christianity in its earliest years. Mary, the mother of Yeshua; Mary Magdalene, his disciple and the first witness to the resurrection; Mary and Martha, the sisters who offered him hospitality in Bethany.

Mary Magdalene has been portrayed as an infamous woman in Western Christianity; an adulteress and repentant whore. Discoveries of new texts from the dry sands of Egypt, along with sharpened critical insight, have now proven that this portrait of Mary is entirely inaccurate. She was a sinner saved by grace and then an influential figure, and a prominent disciple and leader of one wing of the early Christian movement that promoted women's leadership.

From the beginning, Jewish women disciples, including Mary Magdalene, Joanna, and Susanna, had accompanied Yeshua during his ministry and supported him out of their private means as seen here, And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and showing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God, and the twelve were with him, And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils, And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many, others, which ministered to him of their substance. Luke 8:1-3

Yeshua was a frequent visitor at the home of Mary and Martha, and was known for teaching and eating meals with women as well as men. When Yeshua was arrested, women remained firm, even when his male disciples are said to have fled, and they accompanied him to the foot of the cross. It was women who were reported as the first witnesses to the resurrection, chief among them Mary Magdalene.

Paul’s letters show us the kind of activities in which women engaged more generally. Greet Priscilla and Aquila my helpers in the Messiah Yeshua, Who have for my life laid down their own necks, to whom not only I give thanks, but also all the churches of the Gentiles. Likewise greet the church that is in their house. Salute my well beloved Epaenetus, who is the first fruits of Achaia to Christ. Greet Mary, who bestowed much labor on us. Rom 16 3-6. Here is clear evidence of women apostles active in the earliest work of spreading the Christian message. Euodia and Syntyche are called his fellow-workers in the gospel I beseech Euodias, and beseech Syntyche, that they be of the same mind in the Lord., And I entreat you, also, true yokefellow, help those women, which labored with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellow laborers, whose names are in the book of life.

Phi 4:2-3

Inner Workings

Paul's letters also offer some important glimpses into the inner workings of ancient churches. These groups did not own church buildings but met in homes, no doubt due in part to the fact that ‘The Way’ was not legal in the Roman world of its day and in part because of the enormous expense to such fledgling societies. Such homes were a domain in which women played key roles. It is not surprising then to see women taking leadership roles in house churches. Paul tells of women who were the leaders of such house churches Prisca in I Corinthians 16:19. The churches of Asia salute you. Aquila and Priscilla salute you much in the Lord, with the church that is in their house.

This practice is confirmed by other texts that also mention women who headed churches in their homes, such as Lydia of Thyatira (Acts 16 15) And when she was baptized, and her household, she besought us, saying, if you have judged me to be faithful to the Lord, come into my house, and abide there. And she constrained us. And Nympha of Laodicea (Colossians 4 15). Women held offices and played significant roles in group worship. Paul, for example, greets a deacon named Phoebe (Romans 16 1) and assumes that women are praying and prophesying during worship (I Corinthians 11). As prophets, women's roles would have included not only ecstatic public speech, but preaching, teaching, leading prayer, and perhaps even performing the Eucharist meal.

Later texts support these early portraits of women, both in exemplifying their prominence and confirming their leadership roles (Acts 17:4, 12). Certainly the most prominent among these in the ancient church was Mary Magdalene. A series of spectacular 19th and 20th century discoveries of The Way texts in Egypt dating to the second and third century have yielded a treasury of new information. It was already known from the New Testament gospels that Mary was a Jewish woman who followed Yeshua of Nazareth. Apparently of independent means, she accompanied Yeshua during his ministry and supported him out of her own resources.

There were also women looking on afar off, among whom was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James the less and of Joses, and Salome; Mark 15:40

(Who also, when he was in Galilee, followed him, and ministered unto him;) and many other women, which came up with him unto Jerusalem.

Mark 15:41

And many women were there beholding afar off, which followed Yeshua from Galilee, ministering unto him, Among which was Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James and Joses, and the mother of Zebedee's children. Matthew 27:55-56

And it came to pass afterward, that he went throughout every city and village, preaching and showing the glad tidings of the kingdom of God, and the twelve were with him, And certain women, which had been healed of evil spirits and infirmities, Mary called Magdalene, out of whom went seven devils, And Joanna the wife of Chuza Herod's steward, and Susanna, and many others, which ministered unto him of their substance. Luke 8:1-3

Now there stood by the cross of Yeshua his mother, and his mother's sister, Mary the wife of Cleophas, and Mary Magdalene. John 19:25

Although other information about her is more fantastic, she is repeatedly portrayed as a visionary and leader of the early movement.

And when the Sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the mother of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him. And very early in the morning the first day of the week, they came unto the sepulcher at the rising of the sun. And they said among themselves, Who shall roll us away the stone from the door of the sepulcher? And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away, for it was very great. And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were affrighted. And he said unto them, Be not affrighted, You seek Yeshua of Nazareth, which was crucified, he is risen; he is not here, behold the place where they laid him. But go your way, tell his disciples and Peter that he goes before you into Galilee, there shall you see him, as he said unto you. And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulcher; for they trembled and were amazed, neither said they any thing to any man; for they were afraid. Now when Yeshua was risen early the first day of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven devils. Mark 16:1-9

In the end of the Sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulcher. And, behold, there was a great earthquake, for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it. His countenance was like lightning, and his raiment white as snow, And for fear of him the keepers did shake, and became as dead men. And the angel answered and said unto the women, Fear not ye, for I know that you seek Yeshua, which was crucified. He is not here, for he is risen, as he said. Come, see the place where the Lord lay. And go quickly, and tell his disciples that he is risen from the dead; and, behold, he goes before you into Galilee; there shall you see him, lo, I have told you. And they departed quickly from the sepulcher with fear and great joy; and did run to bring his disciples word. And as they went to tell his disciples, behold, Yeshua met them, saying, All hail. And they came and held him by the feet, and worshipped him.

Then said Yeshua unto them, Be not afraid, go tell my brethren that they go into Galilee, and there shall they see me. Matthew 28:1-10

Now upon the first day of the week, very early in the morning, they came unto the sepulcher, bringing the spices which they had prepared, and certain others with them. And they found the stone rolled away from the sepulcher. And they entered in, and found not the body of the Lord Yeshua. And it came to pass, as they were much perplexed thereabout, behold, two men stood by them in shining garments, And as they were afraid, and bowed down their faces to the earth, they said unto them, Why seek you the living among the dead? He is not here, but is risen, remember how he spoke unto you when he was yet in Galilee, Saying, The Son of man must be delivered into the hands of sinful men, and be crucified, and the third day rise again. And they remembered his words, And returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things unto the eleven, and to all the rest.

Luke 24:1-9

It was Mary Magdalene, and Joanna, and Mary the mother of James, and other women that were with them, which told these things unto the apostles. Luke 24:10

Apostle to Apostles

The first day of the week cometh Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, unto the sepulcher, and saw the stone taken away from the sepulcher. Then she ran, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Yeshua loved, and said unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulcher, and we know not where they have laid him. John 20:1-2

In the Gospel of John, the risen Yeshua gives her special teaching and commissions her as an apostle to the apostles to bring them the good news. She obeys and is the first to announce the resurrection and to play the role of an Apostle, although the term is not specifically used of her. Later tradition, however, will herald her as "the apostle to the Apostles." The strength of this literary tradition makes it possible to suggest that historically Mary was a prophetic visionary and leader within one sector of the early movement after the death of Yeshua.

The newly discovered Egyptian writings  elaborate this portrait of Mary as a favored disciple. Her role as "Apostle to the Apostles" is frequently explored, especially in considering her faith in contrast to that of the male disciples who refuse to believe her testimony. She is most often portrayed in texts that claim to record dialogues of Yeshua with his disciples, both before and after the resurrection. In the Dialogue of the Savior, for example, Mary is named along with Judas (Thomas) and Matthew in the course of an extended dialogue with Yeshua. During the discussion, Mary addresses several questions to the Savior as a representative of the disciples as a group. She this appears as a prominent member of the disciple group and is the only woman named. Moreover, in response to a particularly insightful question, the Lord says of her, "You make clear the abundance of the revealer!". At another point, after Mary has spoken, the narrator states, "She uttered this as a woman who had understood completely”. These affirmations make it clear that Mary is to be counted among the disciples who fully comprehended the Lord's teaching in the Gospel of Philip, Mary Magdalene is mentioned as one of three Mary’s "who always walked with the Lord" and as his companion The work also says that Lord loved her more than all the disciples, and used to kiss her often. The importance of this portrayal is that yet again the work affirms the special relationship of Mary Magdalene to Yeshua based on her spiritual perfection.

Acts of Thecla. From very early, an order of women who were widows served formal roles of ministry in some churches 1Tim 5:9-10.

Turning her into a man obscured at least one woman’s place in history! In Romans 16 7, the apostle Paul sends greetings to a woman named Junia. He says of her and her male partner Andronicus that they are "my kin and my fellow prisoners, prominent among the apostles and they were in the Messiah before me." Concluding that women could not be apostles, textual editors and translators transformed Junia into Junias, a man.

This erasure has taken many forms. Collections of prophetic oracles were destroyed. Texts were changed. For example, or women's stories could be rewritten and alternative traditions could be invented. In the case of Mary Magdalene, starting 400 years later, Christian theologians in the Latin West associated Mary Magdalene with the unnamed sinner who anointed Yeshua’s feet in Luke 7:36-50. The confusion began by conflating the account in John 12:1-8, in which Mary (of Bethany) anoints Yeshua, with the anointing by the unnamed woman sinner in the accounts of Luke. Once this initial, erroneous identification was secured, Mary Magdalene could be associated with every unnamed sinful woman in the gospels, including the adulteress in John 8:1-11 and the Syro-phoenician woman with her five and more "husbands" in John 4:7-30. Mary the apostle, prophet, and teacher had become Mary the repentant whore. This fiction was invented at least in part to undermine her influence and with it the appeal to her apostolic authority to support women in roles of leadership.

Chapter 8 ~ “Christian”

Name Christian

The name "Christian" was first given to the followers of Yeshua in Antioch. Antioch was notorious for its ability to produce nicknames. They had one even for the emperor whom they once called "the Goat." Thus the name "Christian" was given to the followers of Yeshua neither by themselves nor by the Jews, but by the Greek-speaking pagans in Antioch. It was a nickname, a by-word, given in derision and contempt. The people in Antioch had many names in their resourceful language but they had no name to cover this type of character. These followers of Yeshua did things, said things, and lived things hitherto unheard of in the history of the world. They lived purity, purity of a new order, purity of thought and feeling. They lived forgiveness, forgiveness of a new kind, forgiveness for friend and foe alike. They lived love, love of a new order, and love for those who least deserved it. They lived humility, a new kind of humility the world had not seen before except in Yeshua! So they made a new name for these people in whom they saw the purity, the forgiveness, the love, and the humility of Yeshua. They called them CHRISTIANOI, Christ people. There was something so new about these people, something so refreshingly different, that they coined a new name for them. "...and in Antioch the disciples were for the first time called Christians." Acts 11:26

Church Consolidation

After 110 years had passed by with the Christians being continuously persecuted by the Romans. While attempting to kill the Christians the plan to eliminate the believers actually backfired on the Romans and the faith grew. Without modern communications as we now enjoy, the message of Yeshua took on many local customs and different beliefs throughout. A movement began to gather the various branches to establish a united front against the continual persecution. The leader of this movement was Ignatius of Antioch. He was arrested and while being returned to Rome he met with the various churches along the way.

His idea was to bring the house churches together under the authority of a single Bishop. He fashioned the organization of the Church using the Roman government as a model. With Bishops, Elders and Deacons the Roman Church was born. The new ‘Roman’ modeled authority did away with the home churches. The faithful then had their worship monitored and controlled by one central church government. “He who acts without the Bishops knowledge is in the devils service,” was the new law that governed the consolidated churches.

Although the Hierarchy of the church seems to be needed to keep the church alive, many tradeoffs and doctrines of men entered in to our faith. Greek philosophy applied to the faith is known as theology. Understanding the nature of God as well as His word is appealing to the masses, but at what cost? This new government of the church eroded many of the values of Yeshua in order to establish a successful religion. Just as was prophesized, But in vain they do worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men. TIT 1:14

Deadly Crusade

In 303 AD another deadly crusade against Christianity arose when the Roman Emperor Diocletian decided to wipe out Christianity again. Nevertheless, after a decade, the Church grew even stronger. While Rome was attacked from without and within it was in dire need of reorganization. Diocletian divided his empire in two, which in return made his situation worse. In 312 AD Diocletian made Constantine the emperor of the West. In what we know as the British Isles, Constantine grew stronger until he decided to take over the rest of the Roman Empire. As he marched south and east he eventually nearly conquered the entire Western half of the divided Roman Empire. Eight miles outside of Rome, the day before his greatest battle, he had a revelation. Looking up in the sky he saw the sign of the cross across the face of the sun. Up until now he had been a devout Pagan who worshipped the Sun God and now a voice from heaven said to him, “You are to conquer under this sign”. He realized it was though Yeshua he would win the battle to come. He defeated the Diocletian army conquering the Western half of the Empire.

Edict of Milan

Claiming now to be a Christian while hanging on to his Pagan beliefs, Constantine settled into his new throne. Shortly after he issued the ‘Edict of Milan’ declaring tolerance of Christianity throughout the Empire. Within a few years he conquered the entire Empire and became the sole Roman ruler.

As a pagan he had worshiped the Sun god ‘Sol Invictus’ and soon that influence was forced into the Christian faith. The proof of his only partial conversion, retaining many of the practices of his pagan faith is obvious. He decreed the legal tender, the coins of the day, be made with his inscription on one side and his pagan deities on the reverse.

Chapter 9 ~ Fearing Gods Wrath

God is Jealous

Let’s first realize God is a Jealous, demanding often-vengeful God. Many prefer to think of God as some benevolent ruler who always over-looks their sins. Others who are not attempting to follow Him believe they can just live a good life and that’s enough to make it to heaven. You will not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them, for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of them that hate me; Exo 20:5

For you will worship no other god, for the LORD, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God, Exo 34:14

For the LORD thy God is a consuming fire, even a jealous God. Deu 4:24

You will not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them, for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children to the third and fourth generation of them that hate me, Deu 5:9

For the LORD thy God is a jealous God among you lest the anger of the LORD thy God be kindled against you and destroy you from off the face of the earth. Deu 6:15

God is jealous, and the LORD revenge; the LORD revenge, and is furious; the LORD will take vengeance on his adversaries, and he reserve wrath for his enemies. Nah 1:2

The Law of God?

Besides the ‘Sun god’ remaining on the coins, the evidence shows clearly during Constantine’s entire time as Cesar, he continued worship of the pagan deities; further proved when he demanded the church change its day of Sabbath to the last to the first day of the week, Sunday the day of the Sun god. Now everyone assumes since they are not Jews but Christians parts of the 10 Commandments no longer apply, and several of them actually changed completely and/or were no longer valid. In reality the fourth commandment regarding the Holy, prescribed in our Ten Commandments, was changed to the Pagan Sun god’s day of worship. Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days shall you labor, and do all your work, But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD your God, in it you shall not do any work, you, nor your son, nor your daughter, your manservant, nor your maidservant, nor your cattle, nor your stranger that is within your gates, For in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, the sea, and all that in them is, and rested the seventh day, wherefore the LORD blessed the Sabbath day, and hallowed it. Exo 20:8-11

When some Bible scholars try to explain changing the day of Worship of the Christians from that of the Jews, they point to Acts 2:46. They say the Bible proves the disciples changed the day after Yeshua’s resurrection. Ok let’s look at the words of that passage. And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached to them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight. ACS 20:7 This scripture has long been used to justify changing the day of worship to Sunday. Overlooking And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. ACS 2:46 Talking about Yeshua’s Message, Breaking bread from house to house and Prayers were daily occurrences of the first church. Nowhere does it say the Commandments of God were now different, set aside or redefined”.

Fourth Commandment

Keeping the Sabbath is the fourth Commandment; Remember the Sabbath day, to keep it holy. Six days will thou labor, and do all thy work, But the seventh day is the Sabbath of the LORD thy God . EXO 20:8-10

If you haven’t already, Go look at your calendar to see which day is the seventh day of the week. Its not Sunday is it? The first day of the week is Sunday. Following are some other passages about the Sabbath of God

Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD, EXO 35:2 Six days may work be done; but in the seventh is the Sabbath of rest, holy to the LORD, EXO 31:15

Wherefore the children of Israel will keep the Sabbath, to observe the Sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant. EXO 31:16

It is a sign between me and the children of Israel forever, for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed. EXO 31:17

Six days thou will do thy work, and on the seventh day thou will rest, that your ox and your ass may rest, and the son of thy handmaid, and the stranger, may be refreshed. EXO 23:12

I’m not a Jew!

Many say, “BUT I’m a Christian not a Jew!”. Remember our Savior IS 1st the King of the Jews. It is we who are grafted into the family tree of the Jews and not the other way around. We share their inheritance if they come to know Yeshua. It is written, Yeshua stood before the governor, and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Yeshua said to him, Thou say it. MAT 27:11 For the promise, that he should be the heir of the world, was not to Abraham, or to his seed, through the law, but through the righteousness of faith. ROM 4:13 Now I say, That the heir, as long as he is a child, differs nothing from a servant, though he be Lord of all; GAL 4:1 Therefore thou art no more a servant, but a son; and if a son, then an heir of God through Christ. GAL 4:7

Constantine & Bishops

In 325 AD at Nicaea, present day Turkey, Constantine commanded a meeting of the Bishops of the church. His plan was to come out with one set of beliefs with one Bible. These Bishops were forced to incorporate pagan holidays into the faith. Starting with Easter, he took the pagan spring festival originating in Babylon in celebration of the adulteress Queen of Babylon, Semiramis. It was then much as it is now celebrated with bunnies and colored eggs etc. Now it is Christian by saying this is when Yeshua rose from the grave. Totally ignoring the fact that Yeshua is our Passover sacrifice. Jewish Passover when the Messiah was arrested shortly after the Last Supper was Crucified, buried and resurrected on the 3rd day.

Is this not the true Easter to be recognized with reverence? Or with Spring flowers, Candy, Bunnies and colored Eggs?

Chapter 10 ~ Holy Days For All

Passover Importance

Once you learn you are a Joint Heir with all Jews you realize some of those Jewish Holy Days are of importance as well. Hear now the Bible speak of the Passover and it’s importance to all believers. It’s not just an Old Testament Jewish holy day; it’s for all Gods children.

And this will you eat it; with your loins girded, your shoes on your feet, and your staff in your hand; and you will eat it in haste, it is the LORD'S Passover. Exodus 12:11

Then Moses called for all the elders of Israel, and said to them, Draw out and take you a lamb according to your families, and kill the Passover.

Exodus 12:21

That you will say, It is the sacrifice of the LORD'S Passover, who passed over the houses of the children of Israel in Egypt, when he smote the Egyptians, and delivered our houses. And the people bowed their head and worshipped. Exodus 12:27

Let the children of Israel also keep the Passover at his appointed season. Numbers 9:2

Moses spoke to the children of Israel, that they should keep the Passover. Numbers 9:4

And the king commanded all the people, saying, Keep the Passover to the LORD your God, as it is written in the book of this covenant. II Kings 23:21,

You know that after two days is the feast of the Passover, and the Son of man is betrayed to be crucified. Matthew 26:2

Now the first day of the feast of unleavened bread the disciples came to Yeshua, saying to him, Where wilt thou that we prepare for you, to eat the Passover? Matthew 26:17

And he said, Go into the city to such a man, and say to him, The Master said, My time is at hand; I will keep the Passover at thy house with my disciples. Matthew 26:18

And the disciples did as Yeshua had appointed them; and they made ready the Passover. Matthew 26:19

And he said to them, With desire I have desired to eat this Passover with you before I suffer, Luke 22:15

And the Jews' Passover was at hand, and Yeshua went up to Jerusalem, John 2:13

Now when he was in Jerusalem at the Passover, in the feast day, many believed in his name, when they saw the miracles which he did. John 2:23,

Now before the feast of the Passover, when Yeshua knew that his hour was come that he should depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them to the end. John 13:1

But you have a custom that I should release to you one at the Passover, will you therefore that I release to you the King of the Jews? John 18:39

And it was the preparation of the Passover, and about the sixth hour, and he said to the Jews, Behold your King! John 19:14

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even the Messiah our Passover is sacrificed for us, I Corinthians 5:7

Easter

Resurrection Morning is the most momentous event in the history of the world. Sunrise services are great experiences to be with our Savior for a moment in a year.  Remember He was prosecuted on Passover and crucified the following day.

So the fourth Commandment is to keep His Sabbaths Holy, remember the Holy Day Passover and the day our Messiah was resurrected on the third day.

Chapter 11 ~ Origin of Christmas

312 years after Christ's Crucifiction, Constantine did away with other Jewish Holy days such as Yom Kippur, the Jewish New Year and a few others. He ALSO combined the birth of Christ on the birthday of a pagan on the day we call Christmas.

Yeshua's Birth

Was Yeshua born in December? If not when was he born? And what year? What difference does it make, anyway?

Visit to Bethlehem in December just in time for Christmas. In late December of each year, thousands of tourists flock into the small town of Bethlehem in the Judean Hills south of Jerusalem to participate in annual Christmas celebrations there. Some make the 6-mile journey from Jerusalem on foot.

Inevitably, many of these tourists arrive in Israel unprepared. As they step off their plane, they receive a real shock! November through early March is winter in Israel! The weather gets cold, especially at night. Often it snows! Yet many arrive in Israel carrying luggage bulging with summer attire, reasoning that it is always hot and arid in the Middle East. So they hurriedly purchase coats and sweaters in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem for their pilgrimage down to Bethlehem.

Nevertheless, most of those who stand in Manger Square on December 25 each year, prepared and unprepared alike, fail to perceive the message being proclaimed by the very weather around them!

Notice this plain testimony of your Bible: And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. LUK 2:8

The shepherds were living out in the open fields, tending their flock through the night. The point? Ask any biblical scholar, or any modern Israeli, This never could have occurred in Judea in the month of December nor even in November, or late October for that matter! In ancient times as today, shepherds brought their flocks in from the fields and penned them in shelters not later than the middle of October! This was necessary to protect them from the cold, rain & snow that usually followed that date. The Bible itself makes it clear that winter in Palestine is a rainy season. For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; SOL 2:11 And there were in the same country shepherds abiding in the field, keeping watch over their flock by night. LUK 2:8 This tells us that at the time of Yeshua’s birth the shepherds were yet abiding in the fields by night, at that! They had not yet brought their flock’s home to the sheepfold. Clearly the cold, rainy season had not yet commenced. This on the basis of Luke's testimony alone, we see that Yeshua could have been born no later than mid October when the weather is sill pleasant at Bethlehem. A December 25 nativity is too late! Keep in mind the Jewish Holy day, Yom Kippur, is always in late September or early October. Yom Kippur means `The Day of Atonement'. Is Not Yeshua our atonement? And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, by whom we have now received the atonement.

ROM 5:11

Additional biblical evidence lends further support to the foregoing conclusion. Luke 1:24-38 informs us that the Virgin Mary miraculously became pregnant with Yeshua when her cousin Elizabeth was six months pregnant with a child who would later be known as John the Baptist. Yeshua then would have been born six months after John. And after those days his wife Elisabeth conceived, and hid herself five months, saying,

LUK 1:24 this hath the Lord dealt with me in the days wherein he looked on me, to take away my reproach among men. And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God to a city of Galilee, named Nazareth, To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin's name was Mary. And the angel came in to her, and said, Hail, you that art highly favored, the Lord is with you, blessed art you among women.

And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be. And the angel said to her, Fear not, Mary, for you have found favor with God. And, behold, you will conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and will call his name Yeshua. He will be great, and will be called the Son of the Highest, and the Lord God will give to him the throne of his father David, And he will reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there will be no end.

Then said Mary to the angel, How will this be, seeing I know not a man? And the angel answered and said to her, The Holy Ghost will come upon you , and the power of the Highest will overshadow you,  therefore also that holy thing which will be born of you, will be called the Son of God. And, behold, thy cousin Elisabeth, she hath also conceived a son in her old age, and this is the sixth month with her, who was called barren. For with God nothing will be impossible. And Mary said, Behold the handmaid of the Lord; be it to me according to thy word. And the angel departed from her. LUK 1 25-38  If we could know the time of John's birth we could then simply add six months and know the time of Yeshua’s birth.

Notice, Elizabeth's husband Zacharias was a priest at the Temple in Jerusalem. Records that Zacharias was of the course of Abia (in Hebrew, Abijah) There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia, and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. LUK 1:5 In the days of King David of ancient Israel (10th century B.C.) the number of priests had so increased that they had to be divided into 24 courses or shifts, which would take turns in performing the priestly duties. Now these are the divisions of the sons of Aaron. The sons of Aaron; Nadab, and Abihu, Eleazar, and Ithamar. Each course served one week at a time beginning and ending on a weekly Sabbath day. 1 CH 24:1 So the Levites and all Judah did according to all things that Jehoiada the priest had commanded, and took every man his men that were to come in on the Sabbath, with them that were to go out on the Sabbath, for Jehoiada the priest dismissed not the courses). The course of Abijah was the eighth course or shift in the rotation. 2 CH 23:8 The seventh to Hakkoz, the eighth to Abijah. 1 CH 24:10

The Talmud (collection of Jewish civil and religious laws and commentaries) records that the first course performed its duties in the first week of the month of the Hebrew calendar. This month (called Abib or Nisan) begins about the start of spring in the Northern Hemisphere. The second course worked the second week. The third week being the annual festival season of Passover and the Days of Unleavened Bread found all 24 courses serving together sharing the heavy duties of the special time. The third shift then took its turn during the fourth week of the year. Projecting forward, the eight courses, the course of Abijah, in which Zacharia served, worked the ninth week of the year. But Zacharias' course then stayed on at the Temple to serve the 10th week also the week of the annual Pentecost festival along with all the other courses.

It was during that two-week period of work near the end of spring that the announcement by the archangel Gabriel came to Zacharias regarding his wife's imminent conception. And it came to pass, that while he executed the priest's office before God in the order of his course, According to the custom of the priest's office, his lot was to burn incense when he went into the temple of the Lord. And the whole multitude of the people were praying without at the time of incense. And there appeared to him an angel of the Lord standing on the right side of the altar of incense. And when Zacharias saw him, he was troubled, and fear fell upon him. But the angel said to him, Fear not, Zacharias, for thy prayer is heard; and thy wife Elisabeth will bear you, a son, and you will call his name John. And you will have joy and gladness; and many will rejoice at his birth. For he will be great in the sight of the Lord, and will drink neither wine nor strong drink; and he will be filled with the Holy Ghost, even from his mother's womb. And many of the children of Israel will he turn to the Lord their God. And he will go before him in the spirit and power of Elias, to turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the disobedient to the wisdom of the just; to make ready a people prepared for the Lord. And Zacharias said to the angel, Whereby will I know this? for I am an old man, and my wife well stricken in years. And the angel answering said to him, I am Gabriel that stand in the presence of God; and am sent to speak to you, and to show you, these glad tidings. And, behold, you will be dumb, and not able to speak, until the day that these things will be performed, because you believe not my words, which will be fulfilled in their season). LUK 1 8-20 When his two weeks' services was completed. Zacharias and Elizabeth went back to their home and Elizabeth conceived sometime in late June or early July. The rest is a matter of biology and arithmetic. Elizabeth's sixth month of pregnancy would have been in December. She would have given birth three months later in late March or early April of the following year. Six month after that Yeshua would have been born, in late September or early October, before the sheep were brought in from the fields as we have seen!

Not Born in December

Late September or early October was also the time of year that taxes were customarily paid, in the fall, at the end of the harvest. Joseph and Mary, it will be remembered, had journeyed to Bethlehem to be taxed. And all went to be taxed, every one into his own city. And Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem; (because he was of the house and lineage of David ) To be taxed with Mary his espoused wife, being great with child. LUK 2:3-8 The fact that there was no room for them in the inn (LUK 2:7) also suggests the time of the autumn harvest, because the annual fall festivals occurring at that time attracted multitudes of visitors to Jerusalem and nearby towns, filling all available accommodations. And she brought forth her firstborn son, and wrapped him in swaddling clothes, and laid him in a manger; because there was no room for them in the inn. LUK 2:7

Yeshua Before Christ

This immediately brings up a preliminary question, How could Yeshua have been born in a year B.C. Before the Messiah as most authorities suggest? It would seem to be a contradiction in terms! First, understand that the manner of reckoning time according to B.C. and A.D. was devised hundreds of years after Yeshua’s birth. It was invented in the sixth century A.D. by a monk in Italy named Dionysius Exiguous. This Dionysus misunderstood the time of the reign of Herod the Great king of Judea. So he reckoned the birth of Yeshua to have occurred in December of the year 753 AUC (ab urbe condita-from the foundation of the city of Rome). In past ages, time was often reckoned using the founding of Rome as the starting point for counting.

Thus, in Dionysus' new system, January 1, 754 AUC, became January 1 A.D. (anno Domini, in the year of the Lord). That is he assumed Yeshua was born on December 25, just a week before January 1 A.D 1. Later it was discovered that Dionysius had been incorrect in his reckoning of the reign of Herod and hence of the commencement of the Christian era. Yeshua had been born some years earlier than Dionysus had thought. But by then, the new chronology was in general use and it was too late to change! It has continued in use throughout most of the world to the present day.

With that understanding we can now proceed to determine the year of Yeshua’s birth. There are several ways of doing so. Daniel's Prophecy Notice, first this ancient prophecy from the book of Daniel, Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem to the Messiah the Prince will be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks, the street will be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times. DAN 9:25

The commandment or decree to restore and build Jerusalem was made in the seventh year of the reign of Artaxerxes I, king of the ancient Persia, according to the autumn reckoning of the Jews, in 457 B.C. The archangel Gabriel told Daniel that there would be a total of 69 prophetic weeks from that time until the appearance of the Messiah. And he came to Jerusalem in the fifth month, which was in the seventh year of the king. EZR 7:8

EZR 7:8

Sixty-nine weeks is equivalent to 483 days. A day of prophetic fulfillment is a year in actual time.

After the number of the days in which you searched the land, even forty days, each day for a year, will you bear your iniquities, even forty years, and you will know my breach of promise. NUM 14:34 And when you hast accomplished them, lie again on thy right side, and you will bear the iniquity of the house of Judah forty days, I have appointed you, each day for a year. EZE 4:6 So 483 prophetic days is 483 years.

Simple arithmetic now takes over. 483 years from 457 B.C. (the year of the decree) brings us to A.D. 27- the year when Yeshua began his public ministry. (In calculating this you must add 1 year because there is no year 0) Now consider further, It is generally understood that Yeshua entered into his Ministry in the autumn of the year, immediately after his Baptism. (His ministry lasted 3½  years ending in the spring at the time of Passover). And Yeshua himself began to be about thirty years of age, being (as was supposed) the son of Joseph, which was the son of **Heli***. LUK 3:23 Since Yeshua was about 30 years old when he began his Ministry in the autumn of A.D. 27 he must have been born in the end of the summer or the early autumn, of the year 4 B.C.

Further Proof

Students of the Bible (Disciples) recognize that Yeshua was born before the death of Herod the Great. And was there until the death of Herod, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken of the Lord by the prophet, saying, Out of Egypt have I called my son. MAT 2:15 But when Herod was dead, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared in a dream to Joseph in Egypt. MAT 2:19

The first century A.D. Jewish historian Flavius Josephus, in Antiquities of the Jews (book XVII, chap. vi), tells of an eclipse of the moon late in Herod's reign. The book Solar and Lunar Eclipses of the Ancient Near East by Kudlek and Mickler, reveals a lunar eclipse in March 4 B.C. Sometime after the eclipse, Herod was afflicted with a painful and loathsome disease. He went to the hot springs past the river Jordan to bath himself. He was unsuccessful. His condition worsened and he returned to Jericho.

Herod's death occurred sometime before the spring Passover the following year. Thirteen months after the eclipse, April of 3 B.C. This confirms the birth date of Yeshua in 4 B.C. Josephus also records, at Herod's death, he had reigned 37 years. That occurred in 40 B.C. a fact that Dionysus overlooked. Herod's death therefore must have occurred late in 4 B.C., shortly after Yeshua birth in the Autumn.

Star of Bethlehem

Scholars have tried for centuries to pinpoint Yeshua birth date by means of astronomical calculations related to the appearance of the mysterious star. Dozens of theories exist trying to explain what this star was and when it appeared. To one who believes the Bible to be the truth, must take the word at face value. The account of the star in the book of Matthew has only one explanation, it had to be a supernatural occurrence, a miracle.

What other explanation could there be for a star that guided men from afar and stopped precisely over the place where Yeshua lay. When they had heard the king, they departed; and, lo, the star, which they saw in the east, went before them, till it came and stood over where the young child was. When they saw the star, they rejoiced with exceeding great joy. And when they were come into the house, they saw the young child with Mary his mother, and fell down, and worshipped him, and when they had opened their treasures, they presented to him gifts; gold, and frankincense, and myrrh. MAT 2:9-11

It is quite possible that this star was an Angel sent from God. The Bible often uses stars to signify angels. When the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? JOB 38:7 The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven candlesticks, which you saw, are the seven churches. REV 1:20 And the fifth angel sounded, and I saw a star fall from heaven to the earth, and to him was given the key of the bottomless pit. REV 9 1 And his tail drew the third part of the stars of heaven, and did cast them to the earth, and the dragon stood before the woman which was ready to be delivered, for to devour her child as soon as it was born. REV 12:4

So What?

We have seen that proof that Yeshua was born in the late summer or early autumn, not in the winter! But isn't it the thought that counts? What is wrong with celebrating a day, any day in honor of Yeshua’s birth? Throughout the Bible the only mention of Birthdays are in reference to Pagan leaders. The Jews nor Christians are on record for observing them. There is much debate within the various denominations pro and con regarding the observance among modern day Christians. Personally we do not find any problem with our observing a day within our families and friends. Nevertheless within our own observances since there is no specific mention of the date there is no reasonable way to know for sure. Pure logic tells us it was most likely on Yom Kipper as discussed. To celebrate Yeshua’s birth date on the birth date of a Pagan who was a sex symbol, is totally inappropriate.

Satan's Snare

We must not take for granted our worship of the Lord. Two Priests were slain by the Lord, because they were careless about their temple service. And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord. LEV 10:1-2

God has always forbidden the worship of false gods, and even the worship of the true God on a false alter. The righteous leaders of Israel always destroyed the alters of false religions, and did not permit their people to worship on them.

But you will destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves, The Israelites were not to do after their works, even to do them to the Lord. EXO 34:13 You will not bow down to their gods, nor serve them, nor do after their works, but you will utterly overthrow them, and quite break down their images. EXO 23:24

God Hates Ignorance

So it is essential that we know what he requires of us. Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. COL 2:8

This is the blasphemous record of Babylon. Pagan Babylon gave us the first T-Mas celebration. Over the years, the identities of these deities were disguised, historical truth suppressed, and a spiritual darkness covered the religious world.

And when the people saw what Paul had done, they lifted up their voices, saying in the speech of Lycaonia, The gods are come down to us in the likeness of men. And they called Barnabas, Jupiter; and Paul, Mercurius, because he was the chief speaker. ACT 14:11-12 As we read here, Paul and his companion were mistaken for these false gods of religions of years before. They were so upset they tore their clothes to make sure they people understood they were not these Gods. This was the first time we have record of this misunderstanding, but not the last.

312 years later the Roman Emperor, Constantine, renamed pagan holidays with Christian names. This was truly an act motivated by politics. Trying to please everybody a little he took the T-mass, which was Tammuz birthday, and renamed it Christ-mass.

Now we have a problem, We know you shouldn't worship God on a false idols birthday with a false idols symbols, such as Christmas trees, songs etc. But our children feel terrible because everyone else is receiving gifts this time of year. We don't want Satan to end up with a victory after all, so what do you do? Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it. PRO 22:6 Take a day near the traditional Christmas and call it something like Family day. Or remove Yeshua from your traditional Christmas and use Santa and all those associated items instead of the manger etc.

The final truth about Constantine is he remained a pagan until on his deathbed and then he hedged his bet and requested baptism. In the end he accepted salvation.

Observe Which Days?

As we discussed before, Yom Kippur is always in late September or early October. Yom Kippur is `The Day of Atonement'. Yeshua is our Atonement. And not only so, but we also joy in God through our Lord Yeshua the Messiah, by whom we have now received the atonement. ROM 5:11

Celebrating our Saviors birth date was not recorded and therefore must not be important. Keeping the Holy days is the 4th of the Ten Commandments and therefore we must decide what days are important to us as His faithful. There are several Jewish holidays but besides the Sabbath from sunset Friday to sunset Saturday four Holy days should be kept.

Passover, which we should keep as it was the day our Savior was given up to suffer and die is the Most important day. Easter is the third day after Passover is Resurrection day not the Pagan Spring festival Easter day many now celebrate.

The Jewish New Year, which keeps an accurate count of the exact years since man changes the beginning date from time to now. We now know the beginning date is anywhere from 4 to 6 years off. When they calculated the restarting of time many centuries after His resurrection they missed it by 4 to 6 years more than they figured.

Following is Yom Kippur, which is the Day of Atonement for the Jews and now that we know Yeshua is our Atonement and most likely born on that date we should keep it as well as a remembrance of his sacrifice. To the orthodox Jews it is a day of fasting and prayer. Since Yeshua fasted and prayed and encouraged us to do so, this day should be a day of fasting and prayer.

Ch 12 ~ Virgin Mary Worship

Mary is an Intercessor between us and Christ?

As early as the 6th century there appears to be inclusion in one religions dogma prayers to Mary the Holy Mother of God. It appears to have just started to be included but even today the hierarchy of that denomination have little to say authorizing the intersession of Mary between us and Yeshua. One account says in 907 Christianity was under attack by the Viking pagans. Once again the church in Rome sought for their trouble relief from God. It was during this time it was decided to turn their faith away from Yeshua and toward His Mother Mary. Since Yeshua and/or God was obviously not heeding their requests they decided they needed another intercessor for their prayers and started praying to Mary for their needs. Focusing on the story of Yeshua changing the water to wine at the request of Mary his mother, an entirely new and un-Biblical path to God is instituted. Here’s the scripture they use to justify praying to Mary.

And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the Mother of Yeshua was there, And both Yeshua and his disciples was called, to the marriage. And when they wanted wine, the mother of Yeshua said to him, They have no wine. Yeshua said to her, Woman, what have I to do with you ? Mine hour is not yet come.

His mother said to the servants, Whatsoever he says to you, do it. And there were set there six water pots of stone, after the manner of the purifying of the Jews, containing two or three firkins apiece. Yeshua said to them, Fill the water pots with water. And they filled them up to the brim. And he said to them, Draw out now, and bear to the governor of the feast. And they bare it.

When the ruler of the feast had tasted the water that was made wine, and knew not whence it was, (but the servants which drew the water knew;) the governor of the feast called the bridegroom, And said to him, Every man at the beginning does set forth good wine; and when men have well drunk, then that which is worse, but You hast kept the good wine until now. This beginning of miracles Yeshua did in Cana of Galilee. JOH 2:1-11

Mary Commands Her Son?

NOTE: Verily means ‘Of a Certainty’

Is Mary in Heaven Telling Her Son What To Do? Fortunately there is NO Biblical evidence that Mary or any others but FOUR have escaped death’s sleep and ascended into heaven. Enoch, Elijah, Yeshua and the thief on the cross whom Yeshua promised to take with him when he ascended.

1. Enoch, And Enoch walked with God, and he was not; for God took him. GEN 5:24 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him, for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God. HEB 11:53

2. Elijah, And it came to pass, as they still went on, and talked, that, behold, there appeared a chariot of fire, and horses of fire, and parted them both asunder; and Elijah went up by a whirlwind into heaven. 2 KI 2:11

3. Yeshua, So then after the Lord had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God. MAR 16:19

4. Thief on the cross, And Yeshua said to him, Verily I say to you , To day will You be with me in paradise. LUK 24:43 NOTE: Verily means ‘Of a Certainty’

There is no Biblical evidence that Mary ascended and sits in authority over Yeshua. Obviously the devil has influenced some to depend on praying to a spirit that sleeps even today. Since Mary is waiting for the resurrection as are the rest of all who have died, it is pointless to pray to her. What follows is Biblical evidence to teach us this is true.

Chapter 13 ~ Study of Death

Do we ascend to Heaven When We Die?

DEATH Is The Lot Of All

There is no man that has power over the spirit to retain the spirit; neither has he power in the day of death, and there is no discharge in that war; neither will wickedness deliver those that are given to it. ECC 8:8

As the waters fail from the sea, and the flood decay and dries up, So man lies down, and rise not, till the heavens be no more, they will not awake, nor be raised out of their sleep. O that thou would hide you in the grave, that thou would keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, that thou would appoint me a set time, and remember me! If a man die, will he live again ? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come. JOB 14:10-14

Then will they also answer him, saying, Lord, when saw we you, an hungered, or athirst, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not minister to you? Chapter 14 ~ Continuing History of the Church

After 1000 Years

Reading parts of Revelation the church was sure the end of the world was at hand. Pope John was installed at the age 18 by his family and was a man who lusts after the women who come to worship in the churches. The church has gotten so far out of line that God had removed his hand of protection and allowed the pagans to nearly overrun Europe. It was Otto, a descendant of Charlemagne who had 2 generations before united Europe in the name of God that came to the rescue of the Roman Church. Pope John died of a disease he got from one of his concubines but not before he emptied the treasury of the church to support his illegitimate children. It’s obvious God is not pleased with the church established by man with its vain traditions.

House of Money

The Roman Church era saw the rise of many beautiful cathedrals. These buildings were justified by man to take money from the faithful. They were supposedly created to house the Body of Christ, (the communion of unleavened bread and wine). Of course the new church government was in control of which scriptures that were being preached because there were only a few Bibles in existence. Besides people were to stupid to learn to read! The masses MUST rely Only on the Church for their salvation.

They ignored that Yeshua’s way was, to preach in the open or at most to have home churches that spread the word from house to house. Besides if the masses were taught they were individually responsible for their relationship with Yeshua then how could they expect the people to give their hard earned money to support the Most Powerful Non Government establishment ever dreamed up by man? And Yeshua said to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man hath not where to lay his head. LUK 9:58

The emphases on building monuments to man’s worship of God were Never what was intended. Even the Jewish Temples are simple structures. We should have been taught how many could have been helped with the funding that has gone into erecting ornate churches! Now even today we have thousands of churches collecting billions of dollars to erect more and more churches, totally ignoring the need for man to KNOW His Savior. Just think what all that money could buy! There would be No person on earth starving to death; 16 people die of starvation each minute.

Chapter 15 ~ Sharing the Body of christ

Breaking Bread

The early church broke bread daily from house to house. And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, Praising God, and having favor with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved. ACS 2:46 Now the present day church insists it alone has the authority to break bread in remembrance of His sacrifice.

Yeshua’s way was to remember the sacrifice and the cleansing of our souls simply by sharing the bread at the table knowing it is the same as His body broken for our sins. And to drink what was available at the time to remember the blood that was shed for us. What we don’t realize today that in the Middle East breaking bread and sharing a common drink is customary from before the time of Yeshua even to this day. He taught the meaning of the custom they all had been performing all along. It was a daily occurrence then as it is now. We break bread each time we eat and quietly remember as is taught. For as often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do show the Lord's death till he come. 1 CO 11:26 There is no righteousness in unleavened bread and wine. It’s the act of remembrance that is important.

Then Yeshua said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoever eats my flesh, and drinks my blood, has eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. JOH 6:53-54

And upon the first day of the week, when the disciples came together to break bread, Paul preached to them, ready to depart on the morrow; and continued his speech until midnight. ACS 20:7

When he therefore was come up again, and had broken bread, and eaten, and talked a long while, even till break of day, so he departed. ACS 20:11

And he took bread, and gave thanks, and broke it, and gave to them, saying, This is my body, which is given for you, this do in remembrance of me.

Luk 22:19

And they told what things were done in the way, and how he was known of them in breaking of bread. Luk 24:35

And they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. ACS 2:42

And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart. ACS 2:46

For I have received of the Lord that which also I delivered to you, That the Lord Yeshua the same night in which he was betrayed took bread, And when he had given thanks, he brake it, and said, Take, eat, this is my body, which is broken for you, this do in remembrance of me. After the same manner also he took the cup, when he had supped, saying, This cup is the new testament in my blood, this do ye, as oft as you drink it, in remembrance of me. For as often as you eat this bread, and drink this cup, you do show the Lord's death till he come. Wherefore whoever will eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup. For he that eat and drink unworthily, eat and drink damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord's body. For this cause many are weak and sickly among you, and many sleep. For if we would judge ourselves, we should not be judged. But when we are judged, we are chastened of the Lord, that we should not be condemned with the world. I Corinthians 11:23-32

Come, eat of my bread, and drink of the wine, which I have mingled. Proverbs 9:5

Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for you ; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of you .

Isaiah 26:8

Then Yeshua said to them, Verily, verily, I say to you, Except you eat the flesh of the Son of man, and drink his blood, you have no life in you. Whoso eat my flesh, and drink my blood, hath eternal life; and I will raise him up at the last day. For my flesh is meat indeed, and my blood is drink indeed. He that eat my flesh, and drink my blood, dwell in me, and I in him. As the living Father hath sent me, and I live by the Father, so he that eat me, even he will live by me. This is that bread which came down from heaven, not as your fathers did eat manna, and are dead, he that eat of this bread will live forever. John 6:53-58

Purge out therefore the old leaven, that you may be a new lump, as you are unleavened. For even the Messiah our Passover is sacrificed for us, Therefore let us keep the feast, not with old leaven, neither with the leaven of malice and wickedness; but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth. I Corinthians 5:7-8

And did all eat the same spiritual meat; And did all drink the same spiritual drink, for they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. I Corinthians 10:3-4

The cup of blessing which we bless, is it not the communion of the blood of Christ? The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? For we being many are one bread, and one body, for we are all partakers of that one bread. I Corinthians 10 16-17

Wherefore whoever will eat this bread, and drink this cup of the Lord, unworthily, will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of that bread, and drink of that cup.

I Cor 11:27-28

Changes to Doctrine

The history of the church is full of practices and traditions today that really have no spiritual connection. Pope Gregory, eleven hundred years after Yeshua’s resurrection declared that all priests must become celibate. No one knows what happened to the thousands of wives and children who were found to be unclean and abominations in the eyes of the church.

One of the most misused words in the Bible is the word Amen. Preachers every Sunday are often heard to say Amen as they talk about one bad subject after another. Don’t these people have a dictionary? Amen means, “Let it be so”. It is like a ruler creating a new law and putting it into affect by saying ‘Let it be so’, or ‘It will be done as ordered’.

Chapter 16 ~ The Doctrine of our Messiah

Sermon of Yeshua

Yeshua taught to the masses on several occasions. Two prominent hillside Ministries were chosen to be recorded. It is often said He preached to the five thousand like that was all that was there. Once again this is faulty information. The Bible says five thousand men plus women and children. If most were married and had children He must have preached to more than 20,000 at a time. Here’s a reference from one of these meetings when he fed them with a few fishes and loaves of bread., And they that had eaten were about five thousand men, beside women and children. MAT 14:21

His message in the Sermon on the Mount is recorded in Matthew Chapters 5, 6, & 7. We have used this as the root of the study that follows and have placed an arrow (<) before the passage referenced. This study includes cross-references found throughout the Bible. Since we were not there during this time the references help us understand and explain what our Messiah taught.

Before we start we would like to ask you to read a few scriptures that emphasize what He is about to teach.

Not every one that says Yeshua is Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven., MAT 7::21

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leads to life, and few there be that find it. MAT 7 14 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom will we go? You have the words of eternal life. JOH 6:68 Hear the parable of the sower. MAT 13:18 When any one hear the word of the kingdom, and understand it not, then come the wicked one, and catch away that which was sown in his heart. This is he that received seed by the way side. MAT 13:19 But he that received the seed into stony places, the same is he that hears the word, and anon with joy receive it; MAT 13:20 Yet has he not root in himself, but endures for a while, for when tribulation or persecution arises because of the word, by and by he is offended. MAT 13:21 He also that received seed among the thorns is he that hear the word; and the care of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful. MAT 13:22 But he that received seed into the good ground is he that hears the word, and understands it; which also bear fruit, and bring forth, some an hundredfold, some sixty, some thirty. MAT 13:23 Then said he to his disciples, The harvest truly is plentiful, but the laborers are few; MAT 9:37 Pray you therefore to the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth laborers into his harvest. What follows is Yeshua’s ‘formula for prayer’. As you read notice the following, Our prayers are to give glory and honor and recognition of God being our supreme Master. We are to acknowledge we are nothing without Him and we appreciate His grace of forgiving us for our sin though the sacrifice of His Son Yeshua the Messiah the Anointed one. That we recognize He is in control and that we know He knows what we desire before we ask. That God is not as a ‘Genie’ in a bottle to supply our whims but that we KNOW He will sustain us. We must ask for forgiveness of our sin as we forgive those who have offended us. After all if we believe that God is then we must recognize He knows what is going on in our life. If He is our supreme Master then what ever He wants to happen is going to happen whether or not we agree with Him at the time. “But my God shall supply all your need according to his riches in glory by The Messiah Yeshua. PHI 4:19

After this manner therefore pray you, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be your name. <MAT 6:9, And call no man your father upon the earth, for one is your Father, which is in heaven. MAT 23:9 And he said to them, When you pray, say, Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.

LUK 11:2 There is therefore now no condemnation to them, which are in the Messiah Yeshua, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit. ROM 8:1  Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh, which corrected us, and we gave them reverence, will we not much rather be in subjection to the Father of spirits, and live? And I say to you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. <MAT 6:29

Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to day is, and tomorrow is cast into the oven, will he not much more clothe you, O you of little faith? <MAT 6:30

Therefore take no thought, saying, what will we eat? or, what will we drink? or, wherewithal will we be clothed? <MAT 6:31

For after all these things do the Gentiles seek, for your heavenly Father knows that you have need of all these things. <MAT 6:32 The Lord is my shepherd; I will not want. PSA 23:1 But my God will supply all your need according to his riches in glory by the Messiah Yeshua. PHI 4:19

But seek you first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things will be added to you. <MAT 6:33, And I have also given you that which you have not asked, both rich, and honor, so that there will not be any among the kings like to you all your days. 1KI 3:13 O fear the Lord, you his saints, for there is no want to them that fear him. PSA 34:9 I have been young, and now am old; youth have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread. PSA 37:25 But he will receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life. MAR 10:30 But rather seek you the kingdom of God; and all these things will be added to you. LUK 12:31

Take therefore no thought for tomorrow, for tomorrow will take thought for the things of itself. Sufficient to the day is the evil thereof. <MAT 6:34

Judge not, that you be not judged. <MAT 7:1, You also, which have judged your sisters, bear your own shame for your sins that you have committed more abominable than they, they are more righteous than you, you, be you confounded also, and bear your shame, in that you have justified your sisters. EZE 16:52, Judge not, and you will not be judged, condemn not, and you will not be condemned, forgive, and you will be forgiven, LUK 6:37 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are that judges, for wherein you judges another, you condemn yourself; for you that judges do the same things. ROM 2:1, Let not him that eat despise him that eats not; and let not him which eat not judge him that eats, for God has received him. ROM 14:3, Let a man so account of us, as of the ministers of Christ, and stewards of the mysteries of God. 1CO:4 1, Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speak evil of his brother, and judge his brother, speak evil of the law, and judge the law, but if you judge the law, you art not a doer of the law, but a judge. JAM 4:11

For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged, and with what measure you mete, it will be measured to you again. <MAT 7:2 And he said to them, Take heed what you hear, with what measure you make, it will be measured to you, and to you that hear will more be given. MAR 4:24, Give, and it will be given to you; good measure, pressed down, and shaken together, and running over, will men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that you make it will be measured to you again. LUK 6:38

And why behold you the mote that is in your brother's eye, but considers not the beam that is in your own eye? <MAT 7:3, And why behold you the mote that is in your brother's eye, but perceives not the beam that is in your own eye?

LUK 6:41

Or how wilt you say to your brother, Let me pull out the mote out of your eye; and, behold, a beam is in your own eye? <MAT 7:4

You hypocrite, first cast out the beam out of your own eye; and then will you see clearly to cast out the mote out of your brother's eye., <MAT 7:5 Here He admonishes us to examine ourselves first. To want to understand completely The Lords Message does not allow us to skip over parts of What He Taught we don’t happen to agree with. We are accepting the living sacrifice of Gods Own Son. We must read what He Said. His way requires commitment, your continuous search for the truth, your ability to rightly divide the Word of Truth

Give not that which is holy to the dogs, neither cast you your pearls before swine, lest they trample them under their feet, and turn again and rend you.

<MAT 7:6 He that reprove a scorner get to himself shame, and he that rebuke a wicked man get himself a blot. Reprove not a scorner, lest he hate you, rebuke a wise man, and he will love you . PRO 9:7-8 And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words, when you depart out of that house or city, shake off the dust of your feet. Verily I say to you, It shall be more tolerable for the land of, Sodom and Gomorrah in the day of judgment, than for that city. MAT 10:14-15, But when the Jews saw the multitudes, they were filled with envy, and spoke against those things, which were spoken by Paul, contradicting and blaspheming. ACT 13:45

Ask, and it will be given you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you, <MAT 7:7, All things, whatsoever you will ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. MAT 21:22, Therefore I say to you, What things so ever you desire, when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

MAR 11:24, And it came to pass, that, as he was praying in a certain place, when he ceased, one of his disciples said to him, Lord, teach us to pray, as John also taught his disciples. LUK 11:1, And he spoke a parable to them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; LUK 18:1 And whatsoever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. JOH 14:13, If you abide in me, and my words abide in you, you will ask what you will, and it will be done to you. JOH 15:7 And in that day you will ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say to you, Whatsoever you will ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. JOH 16:23

For every one that asks receives; and he that seeks find; and to him that knocks it will be opened. <MAT 7:8, And the seventy returned again with joy, saying, Lord, even the devils are subject to us through your name. LUK 10:17, I love them that love me; and those that seek me early will find me. PRO 8:17 And said, I cried by reason of mine affliction to the Lord, and he heard me; out of the belly of hell cried I, and you hear my voice. JON 2:2

Or what man is there of you, who if his son ask bread, will he give him a stone? <MAT 7:9

Or if he ask a fish, will he give him a serpent? <MAT 7:10

If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father which is in heaven give good things to them that ask him? <MAT 7:11 Can a woman forget her sucking child, that she should not have compassion on the son of her womb? Yes, they may forget, yet will I not forget you. ISA 49:15, He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how will he not with him also freely give us all things? ROM 8:32

Therefore all things whatsoever you would that men should do to you, do you even so to them, for this is the law and the prophets. <MAT 7:12, And as you would that men should do to you, do you also to them likewise. LUK 6:31 You will not avenge, nor bear any grudge against the children of your people, but you will love your neighbor as thyself, I am the Lord. LEV 19:18 Owe no man any thing, but to love one another, for he that love another has fulfilled the law.

ROM 13:8 For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this; You will love your neighbor as thyself. GAL 5:14, Now the end of the commandment is charity out of a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned, 1TI 1:5

Enter in at the strait gate, for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leads to destruction, and many there be which go in it. <MAT 7:13 Therefore I will judge you, O house of Israel, every one according to his ways, said the Lord God. Repent, and turn yourselves from all your transgressions; so iniquity will not be your ruin. EZE 18:30 Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby you have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit, for why will you die, O house of Israel? EZE 18:31, For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dies, said the Lord God, wherefore turn yourselves, and live. EZE 18:32

Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which lead to life, and few there be that find it. <MAT 7:14 Strive to enter in at the strait gate, for many, I say to you, will seek to enter in, and will not be able. LUK 13:24, So likewise, whoever he be of you that forsake not all that he has, he cannot be my disciple. LUK 14:33 And we know that we are of God, and the whole world is in wickedness. 1JO 5:19

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly they are ravening wolves. <MAT 7:15, You will not hearken to the words of that prophet, or that dreamer of dreams, for the Lord your God prove you, to know whether you love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul. DEU 13:3 this, said the Lord of hosts, Hearken not to the words of the prophets that prophesy to you, they make you vain, they speak a vision of their own heart, and not out of the mouth of the Lord. JER 23:16, Let no man deceive you with vain words, for because of these things come the wrath of God upon the children of disobedience. EPH 5:6, Beware lest any man spoil you through philosophy and vain deceit, after the tradition of men, after the rudiments of the world, and not after Christ. COL 2:8, Thus said the Lord concerning the prophets that make my people err, that bite with their teeth, and cry, Peace; and he that put not into their mouths, they even prepare war against him. MIC 3:5, Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof, from such turn away. 2TI 3:5 For I know this, that after my departing will grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. ACT 20:29 Now I beseech you, brethren, mark them, which cause divisions and offences contrary to the doctrine, which you have learned; and avoid them. ROM 16:17,

This was not done and now the truth has been so distorted that the ‘Way’ is not being taught and a perversion has taken root; Now the ‘Way’ is a “contrary doctrine” which is being avoided.

You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes of thorns, or figs of thistles? <MAT 7:16, For a good tree bring not forth corrupt fruit; neither does a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. LUK 6:43

Even so every good tree bring forth good fruit; but a corrupt tree bring forth evil fruit. <MAT 7:17 But I was like a lamb or an ox that is brought to the slaughter; and I knew not that they had devised devices against me, saying, Let us destroy the tree with the fruit thereof, and let us cut him off from the land of the living, that his name may be no more remembered. JER 11:19

A good tree cannot bring forth evil fruit, neither can a corrupt tree bring forth good fruit. <MAT 7:18

Every tree that bring not forth good fruit is hewn down, and cast into the fire. <MAT 7:19

Wherefore by their fruits you will know them. <MAT 7:20

Everybody Makes It?

Yet another fallacy influenced by the devil. Not every one that says to me, Lord, Lord, will enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that does the will of my Father which is in heaven. MAT 7:21, Israel will cry to me, My God, we know you. HOS 8:2 Israel will cry to me, My God, we know you Israel will cry to me, My God, we know you Israel will cry to me, My God, we know you, But be you doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves. JAM 1:22

Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in your name? and in your name have cast out devils? and in your name done many wonderful works? <MAT 7:22

And then will I profess to them, I never knew you, depart from me, you that work iniquity. <MAT 7:23 The foolish will not stand in your sight, God hates all workers of iniquity. PSA 5:5, Depart from me, all you workers of iniquity; for the Lord has heard the voice of my weeping. PSA 6:8, Then will he say also to them on the left hand, Depart from me, you cursed, into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels, MAT 25:41

Therefore whoever hears these sayings of mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, which built his house upon a rock, <MAT 7:24

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not, for it was founded upon a rock.<MAT 7:25 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God. ACT 14:22, You, and all that will live godly in the Messiah Yeshua will suffer persecution. 2TI 3:12 Nevertheless the foundation of God stands sure, having this seal, The Lord know them that are his. And, Let every one that name the name of the Messiah depart from iniquity. 2TI 2:19, Who are kept by the power of God through faith to salvation ready to be revealed in the last time. 1PE 1:5

And every one that hears these sayings of mine, and do them not, will be likened to a foolish man, which built his house upon the sand, <MAT 7:26

And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell, and great was the fall of it. <MAT 7:27, It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God. HEB 10:31, For if after they have escaped the pollutions of the world through the knowledge of the Lord and Savior Yeshua the Messiah, they are again entangled therein, and overcome, the latter end is worse with them than the beginning. 2PE 2:20

And it came to pass, when Yeshua had ended these sayings, the people were astonished at his doctrine, <MAT 7:28, And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence has this man this wisdom, and these mighty works? MAT 13:54, And they were astonished at his doctrine, for he taught them as one that had authority, and not as the scribes. MAR 1:22, And when the Sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue, and many hearing him were astonished, saying, From whence has this man these things? And what wisdom is this, which is given to him, that even such mighty works are wrought by his hands? MAR 6:2, And they were astonished at his doctrine, for his word was with power. LUK 4:32

For he taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes. <MAT 7:29 The Lord God has given me the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary, he waken morning by morning, he waken mine ear to hear as the learned. ISA 50:4 The officers answered, Never man spoke like this man. JOH 7:46

This is the end of Yeshua’s Sermon He spoke on many occasions. This then is His Doctrine of Truth.

Who Are Gods Sons?

But as many as received him, to them gave He power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name, JOH 1:12,

And it will come to pass in the last days, said God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh, and your sons and your daughters shall prophecy, and your young men will see visions, and your old men will dream dreams, ACS 2:17

, For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, they are the sons of God.

ROM 8:14 For the earnest expectation of the creature wait for the manifestation of the sons of God. ROM 8:19, And because you are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. GAL 4:6

That you may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom you shine as lights in the world; PHI 2:15, Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God, therefore the world knows us not, because it knew him not. 1JO 3:1, Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it does not yet appear what we will be, but we know that, when he will appear, we will be like him; for we will see him as he is. 1JO 3:2.

Chapter 17 ~ I Have the Holy Ghost You Don’t

Many claim they alone have the holy ghost

Spiritual Gifts

It’s right there in the Bible I Corinthians 12 1–14 33. Nevertheless some have misinterpreted what it says or have not read all that it says. The complete text is here for you to read here but before you go on please understand

There are many Spiritual Gifts given by God. Speaking in an unknown tongue is only one of the gifts. Paul, who wrote this about speaking in tongues said there are many gifts and just because you don’t have one gift doesn’t make you lesser than one who does or the other way around. No person can state that Yeshua is the Lord without having the Holy Spirit within already. This does not mean that you must speak in tongues to know Yeshua is Lord. Yeshua made this quite clear before the Disciples received the gift of Speaking in tongues after His resurrection.

He said to them, But whom say you that I am? And Simon Peter answered and said, You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.

And Yeshua answered and said to him, Blessed art thou, Simon Bar-jona, for flesh and blood has not revealed it to you, but my Father which is in heaven. MAT 16 16-17

Only Speak in Tongues?

Now concerning spiritual gifts, brethren, I would not have you ignorant. You know that you were Gentiles, carried away to these dumb idols, even as you were led. Wherefore I give you to understand, that no man speaking by the Spirit of God calls Yeshua accursed, and that no man can say that Yeshua is the Lord, but by the Holy Ghost.

Here we have learned that when you have the ability to say that Yeshua is Lord you have already received the Holy Ghost/Spirit. Read Carefully the following verses concerning Spiritual Gifts. For those that believe they are the only ones who have the Holy Spirit because the Speak in tongues or posses any other gift or combinations of gifts is just plain wrong.

Now there are diversities of gifts, but the same Spirit.

And there are differences of administrations, but the same Lord.

And there are diversities of operations, but it is the same God which works all in all.

But the manifestation man·i·fes·ta·tion (m²n”…-fµ-st³“sh…n) n.

An indication of the existence, reality, or presence of something. 3.a. One of the forms in which someone or something, such as a person, a divine being, or an idea, is revealed. b. The materialized form of a spirit.

of the Spirit is given to every man to profit withal. with·al (w¹th-ôl“, w¹th-) adv. 1. In addition; besides.,

Ok Lets read that again with the definition of terms excluded.

Now concerning spiritual gifts, fellow believers, I would not have you ignorant., You know that you were not taught, and worshiped dumb idols, even as you were led. But understand this, no man under the influence of the Spirit of God calls Yeshua accursed, and that no man can say that Yeshua is the Lord, unless he has the Holy Ghost within.

Now there are many different gifts, but they all come from the same Holy Spirit.

And God treats us all differently but He is still Lord.

And there are different ways of doing things, but it is the same God who works in every person who believes.

But the indication of the existence or presence of the Spirit is given to everyone to their benefit in addition to their salvation.

For to one is given by the Spirit the word of wisdom; to another the word of knowledge by the same Spirit;

To another faith by the same Spirit; to another the gifts of healing by the same Spirit;

To another the working of miracles; to another prophecy; to another discerning of spirits; to another divers kinds of tongues; to another the interpretation of tongues

But all these works that one and the selfsame Spirit, dividing to every man separately as he will.

For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body, so also is Christ.

For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.

For the body is not one member, but many.

If the foot will say, Because I am not the hand, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

And if the ear will say, Because I am not the eye, I am not of the body; is it therefore not of the body?

If the whole body were an eye, where were the hearing? If the whole were hearing, where were the smelling?

But now hath God set the members every one of them in the body, as it hath pleased him.

And if they were all one member, where were the body?

But now are they many members, yet but one body.

And the eye cannot say to the hand, I have no need of you,  nor again the head to the feet, I have no need of you.

Nay, much more those members of the body, which seem to be more feeble, are necessary

And those members of the body, which we think to be less honorable, upon these we bestow more abundant honor; and our uncomely parts have more abundant comeliness.

For our comely parts have no need, but God hath tempered the body together, having given more abundant honor to that part which lacked

That there should be no schism in the body; but that the members should have the same care one for another.

And whether one member suffer, all the members suffer with it; or one member be honored, all the members rejoice with it.

Now you are the body of Christ, and members in particular.

And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues.

Are all apostles? are all prophets? are all teachers? are all workers of miracles?

Have all the gifts of healing? do all speak with tongues? do all interpret?

But covet earnestly the best gifts, and yet show I to you a more excellent way.

Though I speak with the tongues of men and of angels, and have not charity, I am become as sounding brass, or a tinkling cymbal.

And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

char·i·ty (ch²r“¹-t¶) n., pl. chari·ties. 1. Provision of help or relief to the poor; almsgiving. 2. Something given to help the needy; alms. 3. An institution, an organization, or a fund established to help the needy. 4. Benevolence or generosity toward others or toward humanity. 5. Indulgence or forbearance in judging others. 6. Often Charity. Theology. The virtue defined as love directed first toward God but also toward oneself and one's neighbors as objects of God's love.

Much has been lost in translation but the Greek word that was interpreted ‘Charity’ means all of the above definitions. Charity is a state of mind. Indulgence and forbearance in judging others is what Yeshua is referring to in the Model Prayer. The virtue defined as love directed first toward God but also toward oneself and one's neighbors as objects of God's love.

So every time you read the word Charity in these passages regarding Spiritual Gifts you should keep this definition in mind.

And though I bestow all my goods to feed the poor, and though I give my body to be burned, and have not charity, it profits me nothing.

Charity suffers long, and is kind; charity envies not; charity vaunts not itself, is not puffed up,

Does not behave itself unseemly, seeks not her own, is not easily provoked, thinks no evil;

Rejoices not in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth;

Bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

Charity never fails, but whether there be prophecies, they will fail; whether there be tongues, they will cease; whether there be knowledge, it will vanish away.

For we know in part, and we prophesy in part.

But when that which is perfect is come, then that which is in part will be done away.

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things.

For now we see through a glass, darkly; but then face to face, now I know in part; but then will I know even as also I am known.

And now lives faith, hope, charity, these three; but the greatest of these is charity.

Follow after charity, and desire spiritual gifts, but rather that you may prophesy.

For he that speaks in an unknown tongue speaks not to men, but to God, for no man understands him; howbeit in the spirit he speaks mysteries.

But he that prophesies speaks to men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.

He that speaks in an unknown tongue edifies himself; but he that prophesies edifies the church.

I would that you all spoke with tongues, but rather that you prophesied, for greater is he that prophesies than he that speaks with tongues, except he interpret, that the church may receive edifying.

Now, brethren, if I come to you speaking with tongues, what will I profit you, except I will speak to you either by revelation, or by knowledge, or by prophesying, or by doctrine?

And even things without life giving sound, whether pipe or harp, except they give a distinction in the sounds, how will it be known what is piped or harped?

For if the trumpet give an uncertain sound, who will prepare himself to the battle?

So likewise ye, except you utter by the tongue words easy to be understood, how will it be known what is spoken? for you will speak into the air.

There are, it may be, so many kinds of voices in the world, and none of them is without signification.

Therefore if I know not the meaning of the voice, I will be to him that speaks a barbarian, and he that speaks will be a barbarian to me.

Even so ye, forasmuch as you are zealous of spiritual gifts, seek that you may excel to the edifying of the church.

Wherefore let him that speaks in an unknown tongue pray that he may interpret.

For if I pray in an unknown tongue, my spirit prays, but my understanding is unfruitful.

What is it then? I will pray with the spirit, and I will pray with the understanding also, I will sing with the spirit, and I will sing with the understanding also.

Else when you will bless with the spirit, how will he that occupies the room of the unlearned say Amen at thy giving of thanks, seeing he understands not what you says?

For you verily gives thanks well, but the other is not edified.

I thank my God, I speak with tongues more than you all

Yet in the church I had rather speak five words with my understanding, that by my voice I might teach others also, than ten thousand words in an unknown tongue.

Brethren, be not children in understanding, howbeit in malice be you children, but in understanding be men.

In the law it is written, With men of other tongues and other lips will I speak to this people; and yet for all that will they not hear me, said the Lord.

Wherefore tongues are for a sign, not to them that believe, but to them that believe not, but prophesying serves not for them that believe not, but for them which believe.

If therefore the whole church be come together into one place, and all speak with tongues, and there come in those that are unlearned, or unbelievers, will they not say that you are mad?

But if all prophesy, and there come in one that believes not, or one unlearned, he is convinced of all, he is judged of all

And thus are the secrets of his heart made manifest; and so falling down on his face he will worship God, and report that God is in you of a truth.

How is it then, brethren? when you come together, every one of you hath a psalm, hath a doctrine, hath a tongue, hath a revelation, hath an interpretation. Let all things be done to edifying.

If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret.

But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God.

Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge.

If any thing be revealed to another that sits by, let the first hold his peace.

For you may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted.

And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets.

For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints

Chapter 18 ~ Concerning the End of It All

These are Yeshua’s Prophecies from > Matthew 24 & 25 of the End of Life on Earth As We Know It with References Pt1

And Yeshua went out, and departed from the temple, and his disciples came to him for to show him the buildings of the temple. > MAT 24:1 And as he went out of the temple, one of his disciples said unto him, Master, see what manner of stones and what buildings are here! MAR 13 1, And as some spoke of the temple, how it was adorned with goodly stones and gifts, LUK 21:5,

And Yeshua said unto them, See you not all these things? Verily I say unto you, there will not be left here one stone upon another that will not be thrown down. > MAT 24: 2, Then will I cut off Israel out of the land which I have given them; and this house, which I have hallowed for my name, will I cast out of my sight; and Israel will be a proverb and a byword among all people, 1KI 9: 7

The Temple has been destroyed and the Jews were scattered having no country until 1948 when they became a recognized nation again.

Go you up upon her walls, and destroy; but make not a full end,

The West wall called the Wailing wall remains. take away her battlements; for they are not the Lord's. JER 5 10, Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spoke to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus said the Lord of hosts; Zion will be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem will become heaps, and the mountain of the house as the high places of a forest. JER 26:18, And after threescore and two weeks will Messiah be cut off, but not for himself, and the people of the prince that will come will destroy the city and the sanctuary; and the end thereof will be with a flood, and unto the end of the war desolations are determined. DAN 9:26, And will lay you even with the ground, and thy children within you; and they will not leave in you one stone upon another; because you knew not the time of thy visitation. LUK 19:44,

ACT 20:29, For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of The Messiah. 2CO 11:13, But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there will be false teachers among you, who privately will bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. 2PE 2:1, My little children, these things write I unto you, that you sin not. And if any man sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Yeshua The Messiah the righteous, 1JO 2:1, For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Yeshua The Messiah. Daniel’s Prophecy

First, starting in Daniel 1 19, we will lay some ground work by relating the circumstances of Daniel interpreting a dream for Nebuchadnezzar. Nebuchadnezzar was the King of Babylon who ruled the known world at the time.

Nebuchadnezzar’s Dream

And the king communed with them; and among them all was found none like Daniel, Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, therefore stood they before the king. And in all matters of wisdom and understanding, that the king inquired of them, he found them ten times better than all the magicians and astrologers that were in all his realm. And Daniel continued even unto the first year of king Cyrus. And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar, Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him. Then the king commanded to call the magicians, and the astrologers, and the sorcerers, and the Chaldeans, for to show the king his dreams. So they came and stood before the king. And the king said unto them, I have dreamed a dream, and my spirit was troubled to know the dream. Then spoke the Chaldeans to the king in Syriack, O king, live forever, tell thy servants the dream, and we will show the interpretation. The king answered and said to the Chaldeans, The thing is gone from me, if you will not make known unto me the dream, with the interpretation thereof, you shall be cut in pieces, and your houses shall be made a dunghill. But if you show the dream, and the interpretation thereof, you shall receive of me gifts and rewards and great honor, therefore show me the dream, and the interpretation thereof. They answered again and said, Let the king tell his servants the dream, and we will show the interpretation of it. The king answered and said, I know of certainty that you would gain the time, because you see the thing is gone from me. But if you will not make known unto me the dream, there is but one decree for you, for you have prepared lying and corrupt words to speak before me, till the time be changed, therefore tell me the dream, and I shall know that you can show me the interpretation thereof. The Chaldeans answered before the king, and said, There is not a man upon the earth that can show the king's matter, therefore there is no king, lord, nor ruler, that asked such things at any magician, or astrologer, or Chaldean. And it is a rare thing that the king requires, and there is none other that can show it before the king, except the gods, whose dwelling is not with flesh. For this cause the king was angry and very furious, and commanded to destroy all the wise men of Babylon. And the decree went forth that the wise men should be slain; and they sought Daniel and his fellows to be slain. Then Daniel answered with counsel and wisdom to Arioch the captain of the king's guard, which was gone forth to slay the wise men of Babylon, He answered and said to Arioch the king's captain, Why is the decree so hasty from the king? Then Arioch made the thing known to Daniel. Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would show the king the interpretation. Then Daniel went to his house, and made the thing known to Hananiah, Mishael, and Azariah, his companions, That they would desire mercies of the God of heaven concerning this secret; that Daniel and his fellows should not perish with the rest of the wise men of Babylon. Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever, for wisdom and might are his, And he change the times and the seasons, he remove kings, and sets up kings, he give wisdom unto the wise, and knowledge to them that know understanding, He reveals the deep and secret things, he knows what is in the darkness, and the light dwells with him. I thank you, and praise you, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of you, for thou hast now made known unto us the king's matter. Therefore Daniel went in unto Arioch, whom the king had ordained to destroy the wise men of Babylon, he went and said thus unto him; Destroy not the wise men of Babylon, bring me in before the king, and I will show unto the king the interpretation. Then Arioch brought in Daniel before the king in haste, and said thus unto him, I have found a man of the captives of Judah, that will make known unto the king the interpretation. The king answered and said to Daniel, whose name was Belteshazzar, Art thou able to make known unto me the dream which I have seen, and the interpretation thereof? Daniel answered in the presence of the king, and said, The secret which the king hath demanded cannot the wise men, the astrologers, the magicians, the soothsayers, show unto the king; But there is a God in heaven that reveals secrets, and make known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Thy dream, and the visions of thy head upon thy bed, are these; As for you, O king, thy thoughts came into thy mind upon thy bed, what should come to pass hereafter, and he that reveals secrets make known to you what shall come to pass. But as for me, this secret is not revealed to me for any wisdom that I have more than any living, but for their sakes that shall make known the interpretation to the king, and that thou might know the thoughts of thy heart. Daniel 1:19 – 2:30

Yeshua & Prophecy

You, O king, saw, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before you; and the form thereof was terrible.> Daniel 2:31,

This image's head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,> Daniel 2:32

His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.> Daniel 2:33

You saw till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces. > Daniel 2 34

Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them, and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

> Daniel 2:35

This is the dream; and we will tell the interpretation thereof before the king. You, O king, art a king of kings, for the God of heaven hath given you a kingdom, power, and strength, and glory.> Daniel 2:36-37, Artaxerxes, king of kings, unto Ezra the priest, a scribe of the law of the God of heaven, perfect peace, and at such a time. I make a decree, that all they of the people of Israel, and of his priests and Levites, in my realm, which are minded of their own freewill to go up to Jerusalem, go with you. Forasmuch as You art sent of the king, and of his seven counselors, to inquire concerning Judah and Jerusalem, according to the law of thy God which is in your hand; Ezra 7:12-14 Sit You silent, and get you into darkness, O daughter of the Chaldeans, for You will no more be called, The lady of kingdoms. I was wroth with my people, I have polluted mine inheritance, and given them into your hand, You didst show them no mercy; upon the ancient hast You very heavily laid thy yoke. And You said, I shall be a lady for ever, so that You didst not lay these things to thy heart, neither didst remember the latter end of it. Therefore hear now this, You that art given to pleasures, that dwells carelessly, that said in your heart, I am, and none else beside me; I shall not sit as a widow, neither shall I know the loss of children, But these two things shall come to you in a moment in one day, the loss of children, and widowhood, they shall come upon you in their perfection for the multitude of thy sorceries, and for the great abundance of your enchantments. For You hast trusted in thy wickedness, You hast said, None sees me. Thy wisdom and thy knowledge, it hath perverted you; and You hast said in your heart, I am, and none else beside me. ISA 47 5-10 Thus said Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven hath given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he hath charged me to build him an house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah. Ezra 1:2

Head Of Gold

And where so ever the children of men dwell, the beasts of the field and the fowls of the heaven hath he given into your hand, and hath made you ruler over them all. You art this head of gold.

> Daniel 2 38

And command them to say unto their masters, Thus said the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel; Thus shall you say unto your masters;

I have made the earth, the man and the beast that are upon the ground, by my great power and by my outstretched arm, and have given it unto whom it seemed meet unto me. And now have I given all these lands into the hand of Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon, my servant; and the beasts of the field have I given him also to serve him. And all nations shall serve him, and his son, and his son's son, until the very time of his land come, and then many nations and great kings shall serve themselves of him. Jeremiah 27:4-27

And after you shall arise another kingdom inferior to you (#2), and another third kingdom of brass, which shall bear rule over all the earth. > Daniel 2:39

PERES; Thy kingdom is divided, and given to the Medes and Persians. Then commanded Belshazzar, and they clothed Daniel with scarlet, and put a chain of gold about his neck, and made a proclamation concerning him, that he should be the third ruler in the kingdom. Daniel 5:28-29

And the fourth kingdom shall be strong as iron, forasmuch as iron breaks in pieces and subdued all things, and as iron that breaks all these, shall it break in pieces and bruise. > Daniel 2:40 After this I saw in the night visions, and behold a fourth beast, dreadful and terrible, and strong exceedingly; and it had great iron teeth, it devoured and brake in pieces, and stamped the residue with the feet of it, and it was diverse from all the beasts that were before it; and it had ten horns. Daniel 7:7 I beheld, and the same horn made war with the saints, and prevailed against them; Daniel 7:21

And whereas You saw the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as You saw the iron mixed with miry clay. And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken. And whereas You saw iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men, but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay. And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed, and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever. > Daniel 2:41-43

The scepter shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him shall the gathering of the people be.

Genesis 49:10

Yet have I set my king upon my holy hill of Zion. PSA 2:6

How great are his signs! and how mighty are his wonders! his kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and his dominion is from generation to generation.

Daniel 4:3

And at the end of the days I Nebuchadnezzar lifted up mine eyes unto heaven, and mine understanding returned unto me, and I blessed the most High, and I praised and honored him that lives for ever, whose dominion is an everlasting dominion, and his kingdom is from generation to generation, Daniel 4:34

And I will make her that halted a remnant, and her that was cast far off a strong nation, and the LORD shall reign over them in mount Zion from henceforth, even for ever. Micah 4:7

He shall be great, and shall be called the Son of the Highest, and the Lord God shall give unto him the throne of his father David, Luke 1:32

Psalm 29 of David. Give unto the LORD, O you mighty, give unto the LORD glory and strength. Give unto the LORD the glory due unto his name; worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness. The voice of the LORD is upon the waters, the God of glory thundered, the LORD is upon many waters. The voice of the LORD is powerful; the voice of the LORD is full of majesty. The voice of the LORD breaks the cedars; yea, the LORD breaks the cedars of Lebanon. He makes them also to skip like a calf; Lebanon and Sirion like a young unicorn. The voice of the LORD divides the flames of fire.

The voice of the LORD shakes the wilderness; the LORD shakes the wilderness of Kadesh. The voice of the LORD makes the hinds to calve, and discovered the forests, and in his temple does every one speak of his glory. The LORD sits upon the flood; yea, the LORD sits King for ever. The LORD will give strength unto his people; the LORD will bless his people with peace.

For the nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; yea, those nations shall be utterly wasted. ISA 60:12

Then comes the end, when he shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when he shall have put down all rule and all authority and power. For he must reign, till he hath put all enemies under his feet. I Corinthians 15:24-25

Forasmuch as You saw that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter, and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

Then the king made Daniel a great man, and gave him many great gifts, and made him ruler over the whole province of Babylon, and chief of the governors over all the wise men of Babylon. > Daniel 2:48

Then Daniel requested of the king, and he set Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-nego, over the affairs of the province of Babylon, but Daniel sat in the gate of the king. > Daniel 2 49 When righteous men do rejoice, there is great glory, but when the wicked rise, a man is hidden. Proverbs 28:12 As for these four children, God gave them knowledge and skill in all learning and wisdom, and Daniel had understanding in all visions and dreams. Jeremiah 39:3

Hate the evil, and love the good, and establish judgment in the gate, it may be that the LORD God of hosts will be gracious unto the remnant of Joseph.

Yeshua’s Prophecy

Then let them which be in Judea flee into the mountains, Let him which is on the housetop not come down to take anything out of his house, Neither let him which is in the field return back to take his clothes. Anti-Christ’s and the Second Coming of Yeshua

Before you think for even a moment that Yeshua has come in the flesh again and openly walks among us, Remember The Following

For as the lightning comes out of the east, and shines even unto the west; so shall also the coming of the Son of man be. Mat 24:27

What follows is the Bible foundation to knowing the Devil in the form of the, Anti-Christ who is alive and well today. He has a following of some 35 thousand. Before we learn about this Prophecy is specifically being fulfilled and openly reported in the media on May 9th, 2007 let us understand what Yeshua taught about this end time event.

And as he sat upon the Mount of Olives, the disciples came un to him privately, saying, "Tell us, when shall these things be?" and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the world? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you. For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many. And ye shall hear of wars and rumors of wars, see that ye be not troubled, for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. Matthew 24:3–6, And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. Mat 24:11, Then if any man shall say unto you, Lo, here is Christ, or there; believe it not. For there shall arise false Christ’s, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Behold, I have told you before. Wherefore if they shall say unto you, Behold, he is in the desert; go not forth, behold, he is in the secret chambers; believe it not. Matthew 24:23 – 26,

And many false prophets shall rise, and shall deceive many. Matthew 24:11,  For there shall arise false Christ’s, and false prophets, and shall show great signs and wonders; insomuch that, if it were possible, they shall deceive the very elect. Matthew 24:24 I am come in my Father's name, and ye receive me not, if another shall come in his own name, him ye will receive. John 5:43 To whom they all gave heed, from the least to the greatest, saying, This man is the great power of God. Acts 8:10,  And all that dwell upon the earth shall worship him, whose names are not written in the book of life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. Revelation 13:8,

Prophecy Fulfilled May 9th, 2007.

Here’s a good example from a few years ago:

Someone claiming to be Jesus emerged into the world News audience. Before you read this chapter please believe that we are in no way promoting this confessed antichrist individual and his church next under study.

It is amazing that this audacious fulfillment of End Time Prophesy.

Yet another end time prophecy! Such an obvious milestone of the end times is the Latin man who states as part of his doctrine he is the antichrist.

What follows was copied from Time.com and is an article written by David Van Biema. May 9, 2007:

After all, Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda, 61, who preached before several hundred followers and a clutch of more conventional Christian protesters at an Orlando-area amphitheater last weekend, would seem to be a true original. By his own account a former heroin addict and thief, he still imbibes hard liquor ("Jesus drank wine because he didn't have Dewar's," he told ABC's Primetime in March), surrounds himself with beautiful women despite being married, wears a $11,000 Rolex and drives a BMW, and says that for members of his Miami-based Creciendo en Gracia (Growing in Grace) movement, there is no such thing as sin. Over the years, his religious persona has continually evolved, having once claimed to be a kind of John the Baptist figure, then "Jesus Christ, hombre" ("Jesus Christ, the man"), he most recently added the title "antichrist," (although apparently without any Satanic intention) and his apostles have taken to tattooing "666" on their hands. Along the way, he has developed adherents — he claimed "millions" of followers to ABC in what his website says are 30 countries, although no expert feels competent to pin a number on them — while making his fair share of enemies; he is reportedly banned in several nations, in one case because his movement disrupted services by Roman Catholic churches.

Thus far, perhaps because he preaches in Spanish yet fits into neither of the two current major Hispanic religious niches — Roman Catholic or evangelical Protestant — De Jesus has escaped a full-dress scholarly analysis. But experts are beginning to close in on him, even if they cannot accurately say how popular his idiosyncratic movement really is or predict any more than anyone else whether it will continue to grow.

De Jesus, says Anthony Stevens-Arroyo, religion professor emeritus at Brooklyn College and co-author with his wife of the book Recognizing the Latino Resurgence, is in some ways a familiar export from Puerto Rico, where he was born and lived until age 20. Stevens-Arroyo and some other scholars believe that the island's original colonial inheritance of Spanish Catholicism, combined with subsequent exposure to American Protestantism and its constitutionally mandated religious open market, created a culture of religious seekers and corresponding "enthusiasms for overnight sensations." "This guy" says Stevens-Arroyo, "is one among Heinz's 57 varieties" on the island, some of whom inevitably reach the Latino community on the mainland. He describes one Miami predecessor from the 1930s known as "La Diosa," who claimed to be an incarnation of the Holy Spirit. Her followers founded spiritual cooperatives, small businesses like laundromats dedicated to her, he says, are still in operation in the city.

Whereas La Diosa was something of an ascetic, however, scholars say that De Jesus's message is more typical of the branch of Pentecostal Christianity called Prosperity Gospel, which enjoys modest success here but is vastly popular in the developing world. De Jesus' literature is studded with recurrent use of the phrases "prosperidad," (prosperity), "felicidad" (happiness), and his movement's name, which means "Growing in Grace" in English. Such catchwords are reminiscent of Prosperity's assertion that God wants to showers gifts upon his followers — provided that they tithe liberally to their church. So is De Jesus' unabashed enjoyment of material trappings, which prosperity preachers attribute to God's desire that his believers be rich and that his representatives on earth be good examples.

Still, his claim that his followers are incapable of sin because of a verse in Paul's biblical letter to the Roman church would stretch even Prosperity's sometimes liberal scriptural readings to the breaking point. And any prosperity church, indeed any Christian church, would regard de Jesus's claim to be THE Jesus as heretical. Almost as suspicious, says Miguel De La Torre, a professor at Denver's Iliff school of Theology and co-author of the introduction to the primer Latino Theology, is the way Creciendo's leader has run through self-descriptions over the decades, from "the Apostle" in 1998 to "The Other," a kind of Christ-precursor figure in 1999, to Jesus Christ in 2004 to this year's "antichrist." Concludes De La Torre, "I think he's a con man" whose theology has "no rhyme or reason" beyond marketing. "I'm writing an encyclopedia of Latino religion and culture," he continues. "And I can tell you right now, this individual will not be part of it."

Others are not so quick to dismiss. Says John Green, Senior Fellow at the Pew Forum on Religion & Public Life, "There isn't a well-developed theology, a set of propositions. He appears to have traveled a lot in Latin America, but my colleagues say he doesn't have much of an international following. But really, we have no way of knowing whether or not it may ultimately spread beyond this." Thomas Tweed, Chair of the religion department at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and an expert in Miami's religious history, doubts, as do several other scholars, that de Jesus' renown will extend much beyond the Latino community unless he preaches more regularly in English or finds someone to do it for him. But then again, these days a phenomenon does not need to break out of the Latino world to be a force in the U.S. "The question people ask about new religions," he says, is 'is this just a silly group or is this a group we should be scared of?'"

He refuses to regard De Jesus as silly, Tweed is impressed with its use of Spanish language media and even YouTube. But at the same time, he thinks it is nothing to be afraid of. Technically, Tweed notes, Crecienda en Gracia is a cult, a small group in some tension with the world at large and organized around a single magnetic leader. But it is not a cult as understood in the popular sense, Jim Jones or the Branch Davidians, who in deep self-imposed isolation, honed a violent apocalyptic element that eventually led to murder or suicide. Those at last weekend's rally and throughout De Jesus' following, he says, do appear to believe we may be approaching the Millennium (or else why indulge in a Second Coming?), but they lack a fire-and-brimstone End Times scenario and their leader shows no appetite for isolation — or self-sacrifice, for that matter.

"If he says he's taking his group to the Andes to establish the kingdom of God on earth," says Tweed, "that's when I'd start to worry." Until then, those not too put off by de Jesus' exalted self-image can do no more than marvel at him and wonder what his next transformation will bring.

Maybe No Pre-Tribulation Rapture?

For where ever the carcass is, there will the eagles be gathered together.

Sign’s Of The Son

And then will appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven, and then will all the tribes of the earth mourn, and they will see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory. > MAT 24:30, Go and cry unto the gods which you have chosen; let THEM deliver you in the time of your tribulation.

JDG 10:14

When you art in tribulation, and all these things are come upon you, even in the latter days, if you turn to the Lord thy God, and shall be obedient unto his voice; DEU 4:30,  I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him. DAN 7:13, Tell us, when will these things be? and what will be the sign when all these things will be fulfilled? MAR 13:4, And the land will mourn, every family apart; the family of the house of David apart, and their wives apart; the family of the house of Nathan apart, and their wives apart; ZEC 12:12, Behold, he comes with clouds; and every eye will see him, and they also which pierced him, and all families of the earth will wail because of him. Even so, Amen. REV 1:7

The Resurrection

And he will send his angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they will gather together his elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. > MAT 24:31, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump, for the trumpet will sound, and the dead will be raised incorruptible, and we will be changed. 1CO 15:52, For the Lord himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God, and the dead in The Messiah will rise first, 1TH 4:16,

MAT 16:28 Verily I say unto you, All these things will come upon this generation. MAT 23:36

Dissolved Host

Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away.

> MAT 24:35 And all the host of heaven will be dissolved, and the heavens will be rolled together as a scroll, and all their host will fall down, as the leaf falls off from the vine, and as a falling fig from the fig tree. ISA 34:4 Lift up your eyes to the heavens, and look upon the earth beneath, for the heavens will vanish away like smoke, and the earth will wax old like a garment, and they that dwell therein will die in like manner, but my salvation will be for ever, and my righteousness will not be abolished. ISA 51:6 Thus said the Lord, which gives the sun for a light by day, and the ordinances of the moon and of the stars for a light by night, which divides the sea when the waves thereof roar; The Lord of hosts is his name, JER 31:35 For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, one jot or one tittle will in no wise pass from the law, till all be fulfilled. MAT 5:18 Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will not pass away. MAR 13:31 They will perish; but you remains; and they all will wax old as does a garment; HEB 1:11 But the heavens and the earth, which are now, by the same word are kept in store, reserved unto fire against the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men. 2PE 3:7 But, beloved, be not ignorant of this one thing, that one day is with the Lord as a thousand years, and a Thousand years as one day. 2PE 3:8 The Lord is not slack concerning his promise, as some men count slackness; but is longsuffering to us-ward, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance. 2PE 3:9 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein will be burned up. 2PE 3:10 Seeing then that all these things will be dissolved, what manner of persons ought you to be in all holy conversation and godliness,

2PE 3:11 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire will be dissolved, and the elements will melt with fervent heat? 2PE 3:12 And the heaven departed as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places.

Chapter 20 ~ Gods Plan

No Man Knows When

But of that day and hour know no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. > MAT 24:36 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. ACT 1:7 For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. 1TH 5:2 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens will pass away with a great noise, and the elements will melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein will be burned up. 2PE 3:10 But it will be one day which will be known to the Lord, not day, nor night, but it will come to pass, that at evening time it will be light. ZEC 14:7

But of that day and hour know no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only. > MAT 24:36 And he said unto them, It is not for you to know the times or the seasons, which the Father hath put in his own power. ZEC 14:7

Like Days Of Noah

But as the days of Noe were, so will also the coming of the Son of man be. > MAT 24:37

For as in the days that were before the flood they were eating and drinking, marrying and giving in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, > MAT 24:38 And the Lord said, My spirit will not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh, yet his days will be an hundred and twenty years. GEN 6:3 And the Lord said unto Noah, Come you and all thy house into the ark; for you have I seen righteous before me in this generation. GEN 7:1 And as it was in the days of Noe, so will it be also in the days of the Son of man. LUK 17:26 Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. 1PE 3:20

And knew not until the flood came, and took them all away; so will also the coming of the Son of man be. > MAT 24:39

Then will two be in the field; the one will be taken, and the other left.

> MAT 24:40

Two women will be grinding at the mill; the one will be taken, and the other left. > MAT 24:41

Watch therefore, for you know not what hour your Lord does come.

> MAT 24:42

But know this, that if the Goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. > MAT 24:43 Therefore let us not sleep, as do others; but let us watch and be sober. 1TH 5:6 Remember therefore how you hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore you shall not watch, I will come on you as a thief, and you shall not know what

hour I will come upon you. REV 3:3 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest

he walk naked, and they see his shame. REV 16:15

Therefore be you also ready, for in such an hour as you think not the Son of man comes. > MAT 24:44

Who then is a faithful and wise servant, whom his lord hath made ruler over his

household, to give them meat in due season? > MAT 24:45 Moreover it is required in stewards, that a man be found faithful. 1CO 4:2 And Moses verily was faithful in all his house, as a servant, for a testimony of those things which were to be spoken after; HEB 3:5

Blessed is that servant, whom his lord when he comes will find so doing.

> MAT 24:46 Verily I say unto you, This generation will not pass, till all these things be fulfilled. MAT 24 34 Now the Spirit speaks expressly, that in the latter times some will depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 1TI 4:1 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watches, and keeps his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame. REV 16:15

Verily I say unto you, That he will make him ruler over all his goods. > MAT 24:47

Evil Servants

But and if that evil servant will say in his heart, My Lord delays his coming;

> MAT 24:48

And will begin to smite his fellow servants, and to eat and drink with the drunken; > MAT 24:49

The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looked not for him, and in an hour that he is not aware of, > MAT 24:50

And will cut him asunder, and appoint him his portion with the hypocrites, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. > MAT 24:51 Upon the wicked he will rain snares, fire and brimstone, and an horrible tempest, this will be the portion of their cup. PSA 11:6 And cast you the unprofitable servant into outer darkness, there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth. MAT 25:30 The lord of that servant will come in a day when he looked not for him, and at an hour

when he is not aware, and will cut him in sunder, and will appoint him his portion with the unbelievers. LUK 12:46

Mountain of Lord

And it shall come to pass in the last days, that the mountain of the LORD'S house shall be established in the top of the mountains, and shall be exalted above the hills; and all nations shall flow unto it. ISA 2:2 And many people shall go and say, Come ye, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths, for out of Zion shall go forth the law, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. ISA 2:3 But in the last days it shall come to pass, that the mountain of the house of the LORD shall be established in the top of the mountains, and it shall be exalted above the hills; and people shall flow unto it. And many nations shall come, and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain of the LORD, and to the house of the God of Jacob; and he will teach us of his ways, and we will walk in his paths, for the law shall go forth of Zion, and the word of the LORD from Jerusalem. Micah 4:1-2 All the ends of the world shall remember and turn unto the LORD, and all the citizens of the nations shall worship before you. PSA 22:27 To the chief Musician on Neginoth, A Psalm or Song. God be merciful unto us, and bless us; and cause his face to shine upon us; Selah. PSA 67:1 That thy way may be known upon earth, thy saving health among all nations. PSA 67:2

They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain, for the earth shall be full of the knowledge of the LORD, as the waters cover the sea. ISA 11:9 I saw by night, and behold a man riding upon a red horse, and he stood among the myrtle trees that were in the bottom; and behind him were there red horses, speckled, and white. Zec 1:8 Then said I, O my lord, what are these? And the angel that talked with me said unto me, I will show you what these be. And the man that stood among the myrtle trees answered and said, These are they whom the LORD hath sent to walk to and fro through the earth. And they answered the angel of the LORD that stood among the myrtle trees, and said, We have walked to and fro through the earth, and, behold, all the earth sits still, and is at rest. Then the angel of the LORD answered and said, O LORD of hosts, how long wilt You not have mercy on Jerusalem and on the cities of Judah, against which You hast had indignation these threescore and ten years? And the LORD answered the angel that talked with me with good words and comfortable words. So the angel that communed with me said unto me, Cry You, saying, Thus said the LORD of hosts; I am jealous for Jerusalem and for Zion with a great jealousy. And I am very sore displeased with the heathen that are at ease, for I was but a little displeased, and they helped forward the affliction. Therefore thus said the LORD; I am returned to Jerusalem with mercies, my house shall be built in it, said the LORD of hosts, and a line shall be stretched forth upon Jerusalem. Cry yet, saying, Thus said the LORD of hosts; My cities through prosperity shall yet be spread abroad; and the LORD shall yet comfort Zion, and shall yet choose Jerusalem. Then lifted I up mine eyes, and saw, and behold four horns. And I said unto the angel that talked with me, What be these? And he answered me, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, Israel, and Jerusalem. And the LORD showed me four carpenters. Then said I, What come these to do? And he spoke, saying, These are the horns which have scattered Judah, so that no man did lift up his head, but these are come to fray them, to cast out the horns of the Gentiles, which lifted up their horn over the land of Judah to scatter it. Zec 1 8-21 And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever. REV 11:15

Then gathered the chief priests and the Pharisees a council, and said, What do we? for this man does many miracles. If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him, and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation. And one of them, named Caiaphas, being the high priest that same year, said unto them, you know nothing at all, Nor consider that it is expedient for us, that one man should die for the people, and that the whole nation perish not. And this spoke he not of himself, but being high priest that year, he prophesied that Jesus should die for that nation; And not for that nation only, but that also he should gather together in one the children of God that were scattered abroad.

Then from that day forth they took counsel together for to put him to death. John 11:47-53,

Our Summary

While studying this prophecy we have come to these conclusions. First though we must reiterate we believe the Bible interprets itself. You have read this for yourself and should have what God is telling us in your thought. We feel the following is what will happen considering the events foretold.

Some time in the near future there will be even more strife upon the earth. We can all see it as a gathering storm, the momentum of the end times by watching the evening news. There will be a catastrophic event in the area of the Mediterranean most likely an asteroid will strike and cause the entire world to go into chaos. During this time there will be many false messiahs that many will turn to follow. Curiously we find no mention of the America continents. Therefore we believe we will not be involved in these events. Whether we will be forced to take the mark of the beast or die is not clear. What is clear is the world as known at the time of Nebuchadnezzar will be put to the test.
